Our family is trying to build a campground in Sanford Maine. Currnently there is a shortage of campgrounds in Maine and we felt that a channel on how to build a campground would help educate people on the process and some of the issues we are running into with the process.

Campgrounds are typically opposed in populated areas by neighbors who don't want them in their back yard. It is very important when building a camping or glamping experience to be sensitive to the enviroment as well as the neighbors who will border the park. Neighbors try to block the approval of campgrounds by positioning that they are trying to protect the environment when in truth, at least in our case, the neighbors are doing the vast majority of the damage to the pond.
