Your videos have been so helpful! We are beginning to search for property in Arizona or New Mexico. If you ever need any repairs at your campground please don't hesitate to give us a call! We service most of the Hill Country and we'd be more than happy to come out!
Excellent Job Nash very impressed with your model and determination. I am looking at replicating your model, do you have any websites or experts who can help identify zoning laws quickly ? IE, counties who favor or allow RV parks? thanks again
in my own research i'm finding that many counties in TX are hands off about allowing you to do what you want with your land. there are some counties in TX that won't allow long term stay in RV parks though but i've only come across 1 so far.
Haha! Good question! I was searching for property on Craigslist funny enough! That was at the end of 2019. The owners didn't realize the true value I think. They're may be some gems out there but yeah its hard to find anything now
When i look to purchase Land, many properties are listed with perking for 3 or 4 bedroom homes. How do I get around that where i can have lets say 20 RV sewer hookups? Pump it all out? Buy Rural Farm Land?
The net operating income is roughly $5,500 monthly between me and my partner, which would come out to $2,250 monthly in take-home. My partner and I reinvest our monthly profits back in to our property though. So I actually don't pay myself yet until we finish expanding 29 more lots. Thanks for your comments bro
That is a great question! I would say getting the right renters in saved alot of money. I lost money by renting to whoever quickly and having to re-rent & losing money that way when the lots stayed open. A lesson learned is to do leases to keep tenants longer. Thanks for your question.
Hey man love the information! I’m trying to buy some land and start a RV park in a year or a couple years. Am I able to ask a couple questions or are you considering becoming a mentor?
Hey Nate! Glad you're getting value from my videos 🙏 Excited for you and your journey to freedom! Would love to help you out & answer any questions you may have. My email is mancinoinvest@gmail.com Contact me and lets talk!
i'm finding that TX is pretty relaxed & hands off with what you can do with your own land as long as you follow rules & regulations of the city, county, etc
