Wintering down south is a major perk of living on the road. Since we travel with the seasons, we end up spending quite a bit of time in the desert. Some spots are definitely more exciting than others, like this one!
We had a great time dispersed camping out here. Since there's not really anything around, we'll just say camping in the desert somewhere south of Needles, California.
There were some fun rocks to play on and plenty of sand roads to explore. These are great for going out with the bike and mini bike, a walk or a run so we can see some new areas. You never know what you're going to find when you're wandering through the desert! We try to make the most out of wherever we are so here's a glimpse at what we do when we're at home in the desert.
