Hi Hannah, love your channel! You are always so upbeat and joyous to watch in your adventures. I would just like to let you know that the easiest way to cook lobster in a small pizza oven like you have is to either fully cut it in half length ways and cook in or out of the shell or to remove it from the shell and cut iot into medallions (rounds), marinate it in white wine, garlic, herbs ( chilli if desired ) and melted butter and then put it on the griddle plate and into the oven, enjoy. Great video Doc! One of my nephews was up there snow boarding about that time frame. He had a blast. The lobster and shrimp turned out pretty good considering all that wind. I'm ready for spring though, my old bones need less cold lol

I love a little char on my food. And you did say it tasted good, so I think your first attempt at cooking lobster in a pizza oven out in the woods during a snowstorm was highly successful! Yum!

I was in Mombassa and had my 1st lobster cooked over fire. It was good, a bit dry. I have since cooked a lobster in the Grand Canyon...beats dehydrated beef stroganoff...I make lobster tacos on camping trips now. Enjoy your adventures Doc. Cooked lobster , you should try cooking crawfish, they taste about the same. Easier to catch in a lot of lakes or streams . Just put out a crawdad net they cost a dollar on eBay , put some canned dog or cat food in it and then let it sit for about a day. Can cook them in cooking wine and they taste great you need to twist the little fin in th middle and pull out the intestine to eat them clean.

I'd never seen it before anywhere, so I grabbed it, and for me, it's a game-changer. I love it way more than the generic, green-capped stuff. So, maybe check it out and stay warm!! ~Frank

Yeah, it's been one of those years, it keeps on dumping. And shredding it up on the slopes....Yeah !! Powder Hound !! I think its best to have a professional chef cook up a lobster, but then you have to pay lobster prices....yikes !! Mann, its hard to have that popup camper up for very long in those type of storm conditions. Take care, keep warm and travel on !!
