i was in snowdonia last sunday, 60mph winds down the ogwen valley, wait until my vid goes up, you can hear the wind roaring round tryfan then battering my new scarp 1, the tent took it like a pro

Nice one, Simon. This one has inspired me to get out this weekend too on Dartmoor. I'll wear my hat and gloves so I know I've got them 😂 Just hope the ground has dried out as it's been like a sponge where I usually go. Thanks again for another lunchtime escape for me to the wild, much needed! Paul

My last few camps have been pretty windy and cold in the lakes the worst point is pitching the tent once it's up then it's ok.you were under the main flight path for Manchester airport lol

@Simon Outdoors Yeah, the first time I've never masked up on public transport or in queues... Its OK. TBH just feel a bit rough, all those raves I've been to in the last 2 years and nothing...one trip on a train to London 🤷♂️
Doh, rumbled again. Nice tent that Abisko. Bushman and Blue certainly put one to the test lately in the storms and it stood up brilliantly. Still wondering how you rated the Copper Spur.
