Hi bud thanks for the comment. My bike is out of action with a coolant leak so I really don’t k ow when it will be back if at all, would love to get into some off road bike camping but my old girl is very heavy so it may take a new bike before I can. All the best

I was looking at the KLX230 dual sport = $5k CAD. Engine is computer controlled for power and efficiency, good off road but no motorway i guess.

Hi thanks for the comment and question, the Scottish Borders are quite a good sized area and I don’t think you would have any trouble with any place you chose. I guess it sort of depends what you are looking for, are you wanting woods and rivers or hills and moors? Are you tent camping or hammocks or what shelter system? All makes a difference, I can’t fault eskdalemuir as an amazing place but I have a special liking for it their. Feel free to comment back anytime and I’ll see if I can help more. All the best

@@TimRobson30 definitely woodland m8....I never do the more scenic camping it's always woodland because I like a nice fire. ...weapons of choice is always hammocks buddy....a rarely use a tent although I own many lol.....cheers for the reply m8 👍

@@chrisjenkins5846 get yourself to the kingspool carpark on the way into Eskdalemuir mate it’s a fantastic place that I have camped at many times you have a lovely river to be beside and a whole Gretchen of forests to yourself with loads of spots to hammock.

@@TimRobson30 nice 1 tim .just checked the place out...that's exactly what I'm looking for ....only a 2 hr drive from where I live so all makes for a cool little road trip...thanks again
