I can't wait to get my car to the track. I have a built LSVTEC with a Garrett GT3582R dual ball bearing turbo and a GSR trans with an OBX LSD and it made 588 whp and that was before I installed the Skunk 2 Tuner stage 3 cams, S2 dual valve springs with titanium retainers, and S2 LMAs. I also just switched from Hondata S300 V3 to an AEM EMS Series II and an AEM coil on plug setup. I also have a set of Toyo R888Rs and a K-Tuned traction bar, so I should have NO problem running 10s.

Not bad for a Chinese turbo, from the dyno they seem to flow good up until 16psi, comparing this to my real Garret gtw3684 turbo made 601whp at 31psi on a less flowing head, LS.. this made 477 at 30psi on a vtec head.. for a budget build and not looking to make over 500hp then this is the way to go.

Back in the day in California, we used to put a check valve on that canister hose to prevent pressurization. The canister still functioned under vacuum and we could still make the car pass smog....granted this was late 90s and you could still get around things on the smog machines 🤣🤣🤣

That’s why power on a fwd is not always the best solution. Less power , more consistent pulls and less tyre slip are the key

looks like i am only one who is curios about why running 58psi.. can pump support base+boost pressure? does regulator increase fuel pressure with boost? what injectors have bad atomization so they need to run 4bar? and about running cheap turbos - personaly i have 100'is € hx35 and 220€ hy55v vgt - both not used and were just sitting in garage of different truck delivery companies as spare parts.. many holset turbos can be found on ebay for dirty cheap, even if they need new bearing set then it can be bought on aliexpress for as little as 12€ for full chra repair set
