2005 Honda CR125R two stroke vs a 2006 Suzuki RM250 two stroke with lap time to prove. Am I really faster on a 125 than a 250 two stroke? Which bike has faster lap times? I rode Cameron Niemela's CR125 and Charles Lytle's RM250 and there is nothing better than having fun and ripping on two stroke dirt bikes. Thanks to Cam for having us up at his private track.

That was a great comparison! You were shredding on both bikes. Now I'm curious how the 00 CR would have matched up.

Thanks again for having us up and letting us rip the bikes my dude! It's been a while since I've been on a 125 lol. Couldn't stop staring at that 00 CR250 so I wonder if I got on it again I would have been fastest on it. The whole, "look good, feel good, ride good" thing, you know! Plus I was still getting comfortable on the track when I first went out on the 00. We will be back!

Depends on the track. The deuce nickel would be better on that tighter track

I could definitely tell the difference in weight, I felt like I could ride the 125 forever compared to the 250. Especially in the corners

Spealing of broke to built i think one thing that would be dope af is if there was like a 2024 broke to built battle of the judges and all you guys that have judged the broke to built contests each build a badass bike and all the fans are the judges or something etc etc obviousness yalll critique each others bikes but in the end uts we the people that choose

that track isn't any good for a 250 though, not enough long straights and steep corners. Also u can clearly see that the rider does not max out that 250's potential at all, but not on the 125 either.

that is too much 250 style for a 125 !!!i think when you practice more on 125 you can go faster next time

Haha you can say that again! It's been a while since I've jumped on a 125, hence the fact that I almost went over the bars on the first lap on it haha!
