The views will be more if people actually see more of what you do. Summary of what happened and what you did with some pictures is really not the way. The views from your more invasive videos speak for themselves.

Appreciate your opinion. This case is a teaching case and did not require any video of the procedure, since the procedure was a minor part of this patient's care and only involved placing 6 screws. But, the videos that feature the surgeries do tend to draw more views, can't argue there. My goal is to create educational content to aid clinicians in patient care and also to demonstrate to the public what OMFS is and what we do. Not every video will have a graphic surgery.
