Can a narcissist CHANGE for the next partner? 

It's true. They cannot change. No amount of kindness, love, generosity, understanding, patience, care, time, energy, money, comforts, etc can even move the narcissist one inch. You're more likely to get a drop of blood from a stone.

So true! They never get into therapy even after admitting they know they are narcissists!!! I had an associate tell me he can't help it. Meaning do f'd up things to people.... I said, "Why?" He said, "It's like something just take's over me and does it." I am like "Well then you need an exorcist's or go to a Buddhist monk or someone powerful spiritual person to take that demon / entity out of you!" 14 months later, he's done nothing! Nothing!

They justify their every action or belief as being the correct. You dare not criticize. They might hold up to criticism and keep up the facade while waiting to win you over, then they strike like a cobra not long after that.

Thank you Danielle! It’s great to have people out there like yourself who put this information on platforms like RU-vid to help people who struggle with mental abuse recovery. Telling yourself over and over and hearing the words that make one think about the situation while or before it arises has a profound effect on me! I feel like it’s really sinking in my head and contemplating a decision of importance for the future woman I will raise a family with one day should that ever happen. Living through your circumstances is a different scenario than mine but the future fakes, gaslighting and all the negativity that they (narcissists) bring are extremely painful and have long lasting effects that rise up in flashbacks etc. I agree that living your life to the best without the narcissist is a big stress reliever and to grey rock them or agree rock them became an automatic response that sometimes gets pushed onto innocent bystanders with a reflection that others notice. Just bc they say "sorry" theres no rule in life that says you have to accept it. Let them cry crocodile tears and leave them where they stand
