Can a Torn Rotator Cuff Heal on Its Own?
In general terms, the rotator cuff insertion is what we call a watershed zone. It has a poor blood supply and therefore, it has a very poor innate healing ability.
So, most of the time, in order to get these tendons to heal, if the tear is significant enough, it’s going to require a surgical intervention.

Mine healed, God healed me , I needed surgery 7 yrs ago from having seizures and falling out of bed I’m just falling. With seizures and my shoulder was completely torn. I’ve had my shoulder set 14 different times they said next time there’s no way we can put it back in schedule surgery. My mother had passed away and she’s only person I had to take care of me after the surgery so that was an option for me but Jesus was an option. I also had a C2 fracture that my ex-husband was abusive and fractured my neck and God called it out during a church service. A preacher called my neck out, had no idea that my neck have been fractured and I was scheduled for surgery. I went back into the Neurosurgeon. They did another MRI and my neck was completely lined up in healed perfectly.
