I needa do this, but before i noticed it, i was driving in water to get it clean underneath 🤦🏽‍♂️ so I'm hoping the bearings & joints are okay

Thank you so much for showing how that boot stretcher worked I've never bought one because I wasn't sure if it would really work. I live were there is huge thorn trees and tend to tear them or poke holes in them a lot if you were watch a few of my last videos you can see how bad my thorn trees are. They tend to poke holes into the boots and I don't know it till I hear the axles grinding and trying to bind up, so if mine aren't tore to bad and I'm not headed off on a trail ride I just squirt a ton of grease into the boot I know this isn't the best thing to do but I don't have stick guards on my a-arms due to my lifted a-arms with the arch, I do plan on trying to make some to help

Perfect timing!! I need to do mine this week and will be the first one I do myself as my neighbour is a mechanic and he has done all the others for me but with the extra time right now, I will try myself. Have always used All Balls to replace and have never slipped off. I was going to try the standard boot cause I have a couple for inner and outer already and I have a funnel that is about the same size as the cone, just not sure if the standard boot is stretchy enough??

Great vid, have to change my rear inner on a 21 outlander 1000 assuming these would work for that application. Interesting way of installing those don't think Ive ever used an install tool as that. Did the boots hold up well?

I just installed a new rear cv axle and the boot shrunk , any ideas what caused that problem?

Those band clamps that fold over kinda suck. Had a 'proper tool' from Princess Auto it SUCKED! Ratchet style is much better. Hardest part is everything is so greasy!!
