I installed one this weekend. Here's my advice: When you remove the bolts make sure each bolt goes back into the same hole they came out of. Because the heat from the block can change the circumference of those bolts and holes ever so slightly. That might be why you had a problems getting that one bolt back in. The other thing you might want to consider is removing that outside heat shield, and or wrapping it in exhaust header wrap. They sell it in all sorts of colors and it probably looks sick in a crazy color to match your ride. Good video!

Much Appreciated your honestly and details!!! But ..... Has anyone every tried to add an additional gas tank to your Ryker? 115 miles or So isn’t a long range! Even to mount a 1 gallon tank could make a hug difference! Thanks
I did a full remove on the header and exhaust system about a year ago to ceramic coat the system and heat shield because I didn't like the discolored look and it wasn't bad. I went about it the same way you did and pulled it out the side. I had to contact can-am for the torque specs on the header and they sent me a PDF with directions on torque specs and the order the bolts need to be torqed in.

I have the pedal commander so I really spin but I can control the spin just not too much throttle and will take right off like a rocket! And i have my bike tuned so I be out LOL!

May be the other way around. More pressure getting through so probability is that he's gonna hit his RPM limit faster. The Ryker has a limiter so he'll get there faster, but won't maintain as the Ryker caps itself. Now if it was tuned, you could probably remove that feature.
@@wokeupmens Reason i'm asking is because Every vehicle I have When I upgrade the headers and exhaust to 3Inch, even though you gain an over all HP gain, it always feels like you loose a little bit of low-end power feeling. The back pressure that was once there is gone, so it feels slower on the low-end. This is however without a tune, I am interested in seeing Treal or someone else get tuned with this on.
Headers, Turbo, this is how to do your ride up right! I'm more into muscle cars. Never been into bikes. Maybe I'll change my thinking on that! Looks like a fun hobby, as if I don't have too many already ;-)!

you don't have to get the header, but it will give you, even more, hp if you do get it, but with just getting the exhaust you will feel a difference also

Was very suprise he took the money from pay pal before ready to ship header. How many people have gotten headers from Justin. It would be nice to hear from Justin on this subject also.
Lots ppl have told me that they have order parts from them and NONE of them had any issues, I think Mr. Taylor's issue was just an isolated problem which every company in business is gonna have, you have nothing to worry about if you paid for something I'm 100% sure you are gonna get it.
Hey George, when buying stuff online always pay with your credit card, never use a debit card. Then if there is ever a problem, you have a year or so to call your bank, tell them the product was inferior, or the product was never delivered and they will give you your money back. The end. The selling merchant has to pay the bank back.

Did you have white smoke from yours for awhile once you added the header. I used a silicone heat spray with heat wrap and it’s smoking right now… also did you retune your bike?
To be honest, it depends on your budget. I have a 2021 can am f3 1330cc. These start new at 15k+ without tax. As you see, you can upgrade these rykers to be pretty fast. All of these models are easy to ride, so being a beginner wouldn't matter like on two wheels. Based off your photo, you seem like a bigger guy, I would start with the 900cc.I think they start around 10k, If you go the ryker route. The 600cc are around 8k. If you're planning to carry your significant other, I would recommend the F3 series. The rykers come with more adjustable functions and don't hurt your pockets as much. My cam am f3 came stock and it's go cost you for adjustments. Bluetooth pill $400, backrest $400, floorboards $400+ etc. If you go the F3 route, save and get the F3S or F3T. They come with some of these parts already installed and cruise control. F3T comes the the side bags for luggage and speakers. The F3 series in general have more safety features and the F3S has sport mode. This disables some of the safety features and allow a little fun. The rykers are all out fun to ride. I personally went the F3 route because I'm a bigger guy and I'm carrying my girl, so the 1330cc fits me and my family. Hope this helps!
maybe so, but that may can be made better with a tune, but these tanks are so small til where gas will not even be a concern for most ppl. but hey If I drive normal I will save gas but who drives normal on A 900 lol

Engines are basically air pumps. The easier you get the air in and out the more power it can make. Headers help the exhaust gasses flow easier. Hope this helps.
You say they got good products but nothing to back that statement up. 300 here 300 hundred there, besides your opinion you test these product off sound...Where's the data reason to purchase these products?
I test these products off of my real-life testing, not sound, I mean you saw us riding and testing out the bike after my install. I have NO reason to lie about anything, they are NOT paying me to make these videos. Youre soreading some pretty dangerous and terrible information about "not needing to get a tune". You assume just because yoive gotten away with not needing a tune for YOUR specific vehicled, that no vehicle needs one after upgrading the intake and exhaust. Tell that to the Subaru guys who have destroyed their engines from this exact same reason. Not all ECU maps are created equal, and your wild assumption could cost someone their beloved ride that maybe they cant afford to replace or repair.
