Skip trying to make his argument that Cooper Kupp isn't that great by stating the fact he was drafted in the 3rd round. And? Tom Brady was drafted in the SEVENTH round. Which is ironic because Skip is Brady's greatest cheerleader. But Cooper Kupp drafted in the 3rd round; so therefore he isn't that great according to Skip.

Baker Mayfield: 4 years - 87.8 QB rating / 92 TD / 56 INT / 14,125 YDS. Took Browns to playoffs and beat Steelers in Pitt, who had owned Browns since reboot in CLEVE. His play up until his major injury last year was fine. Some people just like to hate.

Odell was the problem in Cleveland. Baker had nothing to do with it. He tried his best to make Odell happy. When that didn't work out the father stepped in. And together they made Baker look bad. The man was injured the whole year. And still sucked it up. And finished what he started. What more do you want him to do?

Baker was awful and OBJ had to suffer with a lack of a qb. Baker has never been good and his play in 2021 hurt the browns. He was injured and it hurt his performance which brought his team down. When Chubb and Hunt don’t run wild Baker is bad.

Man skip is on point! Totally telling the truth. I don't get why people don't understand that OBJ was not happy in Cleveland since 2019 and totally blew it there. He did run wrong routes and told other teams to come and get him. You can't tell me if you aren't happy somewhere that you will play your best. There were many people at fault with what happened with the Browns so there should be blame fairly spread to everyone including OBJ, Baker, and the coaching staff.

Skip is just a "Homer" he loves Oklahoma Sooner football so he loves their players and tries to go above and beyond for them but what I don't get is, he talk and defense and slams the table defending Baker, but he doesn't defend Kyler Murray nearly as much, and Kyler took the Sooners just as far as Baker did, and Kyler has had a MUCH better career then Baker, and Baker has had the better roster all around the last 2 seasons, it's close but he did, especially being protected by a Top 3 O Line... Mayfield needs the run game to get going to help him win offensively, it opens up plays down the field and play action and allows them to play more freely which is the way Baker likes to play.. freely!! I don't think hes bad, but he's not the QB or have the arm thts gna go out and go toe to toe in a shootout with most teams

If Baker is as good as Skip believes, you have to make the playoffs to prove that you’re a top QB. But considering that’s he’s the 3rd best QB in his own division, not looking great

Baker's injuries are the best thing to happen to Skip because it gives him an excuse and another year before having to deal with the inevitable. Baker is simply not that guy. People keep thinking baker is a rookie qb. The dude has been in the league for 4yrs! Stop talking about 11 games. Baker is a middle of the pack qb at best. Throw in the fact that he attracts attention and he isnt very coachable, thats not a attractive qb.
