How can someone force one self to the drawing room of CM after 3 stages of security. She was told to wait in the drawing room. If she forced her way into the drawing room then why didn't AAP leak the CCTV video of her forcing her way into drawing. In the selected leaked mobile phone clip Swati already had called police. The security persons are asking her to leave the crime scene on instructions of Bibhav who is filming the video. What would you expect from someone who just got slapped and kicked. Will the person not be agitated for a few minutes. She just doesn't want to leave the crime scene. Why didn't AAP leak the full Video from the mobile phone and CCTV. Why get the Mobile phone formatted. Why leak selectively.

@@lazyhunk2 It's your assumption that the person recording the video is Bibhav. When she calls him 'ganja' it's in a way that shows Bibhav isn't in the room. There is no phone video of the events before what's shared. We don't know if CCTV video is available about the events before the drawing room. Don't you think AAP would have known this question would be asked before floating the story about what happened before the drawing room? To me it looks like they want to delay the ugliness from being made public. They are still being considerate towards Maliwal. The security persons are not asking her to leave the crime scene. They are asking her to leave the private space (drawing room of the house) and wait in the office area, which is in the same premises. Why did Bibhav format his phone? Firstly, it has nothing to do with the incident. Second, who wants anybody to go through their phone contents for any reason? A phone is a private space. Would you want your political rivals (Delhi police is BJP's stooge) to go through your phone?

If EC is not publishing why blame BJP for that. EC is an autonomous body and SC cannot intervene nor the functioning government as it is under moral code of conduct. Please for god's sake, stop commenting about EC and EVM machines. I believe you casted your vote. Did you see anything wrong while voting? Please understand that when the states like TN, WB, Telangana, Rajasthan, Karnataka had its state election the central power was with BJP, and it could have tampered EVMs very easily (going by your statement). But our EC has become much powerful, and no one can do anything. Our election is being held so peacefully. However, Ms. Indira Gandhi during 1974 elections was able to do so much of malpractice and that's why Allahabad HC cancelled her election constituency and banned her from contesting in elections for the next 6 years. Because of this verdict, she bought in emergency during 1975 and put all the opposition leaders in jail for 18 months. Changed the constituency and reversed courts verdict on her own. Media's right was censored, and all the democratic rights were stalled. The comedy is you are all fighting for the same party again. For many party members, their leader is God. So, why take such statement made by the PM so seriously and keep commenting about it. If you are so worried about EVM, will you contest in SC if in states like TN, Kerela, Telangana INDIA block wins? how come it is possible to tamper EVM machines in other states but not in these states. Your worry itself is baseless.

Sir the constitution of India requires that the election commissioner of India is appointed my the President of India on the recommendation of a selection committee consisting of PM LoP and a cabinet minister. Congress and their supporters are wanting this to be changed to include the CJI. At the same time they scaremonger the voter to spread the news that BJP if elected will change the constitution. Such contradictory positions keep people like me away from the current opposition.

Money was always sent to polictical parties in India. It was the BJP who legalised and introduced it as Electoral Bonds where the anonymity of sender is intact but the money sent is displayed. Everywhere in the world such practices are used. We are making a mountain of a mow hill.

Where was the money received by political parties displayed? How can anonymous giving & receiving crores of money be legal? The BJP has received 12,000/- crores, which was not known to anyone else except the BJP & the SBI. The companies that donated were either raided by the BJP govt or they received favours like the Serum Institute for covishield supply, Bharthi Airtel for 5 G spectrum. The S. C has called the electoral bonds as unconstitutional, while yu are defending it as legal.

Dictatorship is required against corruption and corrupted parties. That is why majority of the Indians who wants a developed nation have already decided to welcome back Modi 3.0. All these parties formed because they knew very well that if BJP comes back to power, they all should sit in Tihar and run the government like Mr. Kejriwal. In many of Mr. Kejriwal campaign he already gave hint to ED and CBI of the names also. looks like he has become an approver. Congress mantra is always divide and rule policy. you are talking about unity. Congress is in a very poor state and that is why it is begging its coalition party's support. The corruption has gone to its root and some one of Modi's calibers is needed to eradicate corruption. Why a common man does not get any benefit. All the funds directed for the development goes into the pockets of administration and people running those administration. If corruption is eradicated, and it will happen under Modi's regime.
