Thinking that I found the cause of my anxiety when I wake up suddenly with anxiety, numbness and not being able to sleep again but feeling like I want to pass out!
Hello, thank you so much for the video. I never had a diet based on sugary foods. However lately I’ve started to consume more sugars regularly, would say already for more than a week. My anxiety as increasing clearly with chest pains, palpitations and so on. I had this periods of anxiety for sometime now and funny enough I found a correlation with my Uber Eats orders of sugary foods (ice creams). At first didn’t understand if this could be plausible, but searching a bit more and finding your videos now it makes sense. So I would like to ask you 2 questions: 1 - Can your blood sugars be out of whack for a bout of time during the period that you’ve been eating more sugar? Meaning can the dysregulation be seen besides just the immediate symptoms after a meal? Can your body develop a mid term disregulation? 2 - And to make it clear: hypoglycaemia does happen because of low blood sugar, that’s the result. The cause is the consumption of high sugary, right? How does that work? Thanks once again for your video. Very straightforward and clear in making connections 😊
#1. answer is yes likely. get a CGM to know for sure. #2hypoglycemia happens from consuming sugary foods yes. it is bc insulin levels spike and dive down the glucose.
