Not really on topic but regarding the lot wouldnt building an entire lot or even just one 'super build' be more secure there given that the entire lot size is more compact of a location.. still not entirely sure how the lag/overload of graphics thing works out but what I mean is, would building a giant lot there like my legacy city build mean less laggy game play due to it being more of a contained area all around it.. as opposed to one of the standard 64x64 able areas like windenberg or a heavy graphical zone or even a lot with more housing locations on like Wilow Creek, an area ive always built on till I needed a larger lot and had to use Brindleton Bay or Windenberg instead.. I ask cos had a lot of performance issues lately with sims 4 in these areas due to the build size I think so if I could split a build like legacy city over a smaller lot like this one im hoping it might ease the chances of game crashes and lags.. hope any of that makes sense and thanx for the great vid

I know the smallest house I made didn’t have a kitchen 😂 just a bbq and cooler out the back but this is definitely probably the smallest house with all the stuff you’d find in a big house.

$1,000,000 gets you an average size house, maybe 3 bedrooms. Unlesss, you live in the middle of America in which case everything is cheap because no one wants to be there.

Not everywhere in England is that expensive. Where I live up north there is a house for sale for 1.5 million and it’s 7 bedroom mansion sooooo

In Los Angeles, 1M gets you a studio loft.

Not really. £1.000.000 will get you a decent sized house in the suburbs- but if you live somewhere like New York City it MIGHT get you a 2 bedroom apartment like in London. It’s not the country, it’s the location in the country
