I don't know her situation, so forgive me if this is totally off...but she may not feel drawn to death because she's physically suffering horribly...it may be because she can now sense how wonderful it is on the next dimensional plane. I had a grand mal seizure and died when I was 17, and had, what I now know to be, a "classic" near-death experience. The few times I've told the story, people are always caught up in the wonder of what I've described...which is fine, I understand, but I always make sure to add..." Do you guys know how hard it is to not kill myself having to go through the miseries of life, after I've had first-hand evidence of where I would be shortly after?" That always hits them abruptly, but it's true. Your sister has obviously become more close to that dimension, because she's getting closer, and because disease has damaged parts of her brain that would normally keep her awareness firmly rooted in this dimension. Now that she knows it's there for sure, of course she'd want to get outta here.

Hi, I am an Oregonian. It is called Death with Dignity here and we were one of the first states to ensure legal guidelines were passed, in 1994, and we fought in the courts to be able to have this choice in our state, revamping it last year. Oregonians aren't quite as hippyish as some people might think. We do have things like energy healing and little pockets of wonderfulness, but I wouldn't say it is an Oregon thing. I have seen it just as much in other states. Like you said, it is finally something that is pushing through into the more accepted realm. As a medium and energy healer, I am fairly familiar with that part of the community. The Death with Dignity Act procedure has guidelines. You have to be 18, able to communicate health decisions, and have something that gives you 6 months or less to live. You have to have 2 doctors consulted to confirm that you qualify. In other words, you can't sign up for this because you're depressed, for example, like you were talking about. There's a waiting period also - a couple of weeks. I think. The patient administers the medication themselves. Euthanasia, where a doctor would administer it, is illegal in every state in this country. Doctor Kevorkian may have had something to do with that situation. Not sure. We Oregonians don't take kindly to the government telling us what we can and can't do, so being able to have autonomy over our own bodies at such a challenging time made the most sense to us and we have fought for that right ever since 1994.

My parents went on home hospice. I think the biggest part of home hospice is "permission" to pass. They know they are choosing to stop fighting, all their friends and loved ones know this and it gives them permission to stop fighting. There were only two medications they both received, minimal. Merely anti anxiety and pain medicine. I think the biggest part is the permission and understanding by all involved. It seems to allow them to just let go. I wish her the best and smoothest transition. Hugs.

@kellyhardyman9509 why would you take antipsychotics? Sounds like you are prescient. I suggest keeping a journal with what you saw and how you experienced it and set some boundaries. Tell your spirit guides no traveling or visions when you need to sleep, thank you. See how that goes.
