The "Can-I-Just" is a VITAL part of getting things done at work and many people are struggling for lack of them. The "Can-I-Just" is the informal meeting that squeezes between things - unblocking or accelerating - but without imposing. As we settle down into this new way of working - how are you managing to create "Can-I-Just" moments? Face to face this might be 6 minutes by a coffee machine or as you walk somewhere. But remotely you need to consciously create these moments - and even more agree how to create them with your teams. And crucially make sure you have the space for them.
