In her defense, all of the Chili’s stuff would be prepped ahead of time. She could have gone faster if she only had to throw the food into the Instapot/skillet/etc.

This looks delicious, I don't really care about who won. I like how she recreated the meal so nicely. I'd love to see how to get the same results but in the oven, don't have an instant pot.
If you have a slow cooker I recommend seasoning and slow cooking the ribs then transferring them to the oven and baking them for a bit then finish with the glaze and broil.
I get tender ribs from the oven. It’s worth the wait. Season, wrap I foil, bake @ 250 for 2:30/3hrs Take them out, sauce them, set the oven to broil, pop them in there for 3-5 mins and you’re done. If you try it let me know how they came out
Have you ever tried corn on the cobb in the Instant Pot? Takes 5 mins to cook once up to pressure. Comes out PERFECT. Then you could add your corn dressing for Street Corn. : )
When Katie started doing this I was like: 'There is no way she can make it!' but when she was frying the potatoes, I was like: 'Go go gooo!' :D Awesome job!
I like how her husband knows her so much that while driving home he was talking about how she might not make it on time before he gets home, as opposed to a more optimistic "She might be done already, who knows"
I would have clicked on this video faster if I knew this was Katie’s! Really started to love her during this quarantine. Chris and Katie should start their own channel.
I would say she won on time, as hers was plated when he got back with the ribs from Chili's. He would have to still plate them up, which would only be a couple of minutes, but is an extra couple of minutes after hers was ready to go.
I'd say Katie won too. Her ribs looked more delicious that Chili's. But their's is good too. This video proved that one can still make a great meal just a good as a restaurant. Instant Pot is wonderful for ribs too. Good job. Thanks. Now I gotta try it. 😊
When she said, "this was fun," I was surprised. That was a super stressful time. I think that's more of a test that you can make the items similarly rather than relying on take out.
Fs the buzz that went off as it arrived is exactly the same buzz as my apartment entry system so I missed the end of the video to get the door, nobody there, then rewound and heard it again 😂
