I just did the full 500 mile race today and won in buddy's car on 120 difficulty. It was crazy fun.

Nice! you should try the one they have set up in the community event section right now. It seems much harder to get the car into low 39s/ 38s which is more realistic and challenging than the game mode used in the vid. The practice/ TT conditions must be very different to the community event conditions or something, I don't understand what causes the huge speed difference.

David you must of ran this well before you left for Indy cause you gave these new cars much more credit then they deserve. Must of been when people were guessing if they would break 230 this year. Never know though but maybe Josef will bring his secret 243 areo screen him and Marshal were working on 😋

I looked on this games communities on ps4 and there’s nothing for indycar. Does anyone have an active indycar racing group for ps4 on this game or want to make one?

Okay so whenever I run on an oval track in PC2, I always lose control coming in and out of the turns. I've tried lowering my speed, maintaining my speed. But every damn time my car loses traction and i skid out and lose a ton of speed. What am I doing wrong? I like oval tracks in other games and I am starting to really like PC2 now that I am getting the hang of it, but this is really annoying!

why does every indy car driver run down to the bottom of the track on the straights? i dont understand why they do it is seems like it would be slower because of the extra distance.

NO you DIDN"T qualify ... you don't have a car and was never on the track. LOL, video games do a piss poor job at actually simulating any adequate sense of realism. Video racing is fun entertainment, but NEVER think it's actually a measure of real race track driving proficiency. Real racing drivers do use video games to learn the track layout, sequence of turns, potential passing lines, etc..., ahead of actually running at a track .. but that is about the limit of practical carry over. Video game driving will never capture the G forces, the full body feedback through all 5 senses ... and we are years away from video games affordably duplicating the 3D depth perception of real life, which high speed performance driving greatly depends on.

That is not the current car ! Irrelevant !
