@@visasolutionsuk Thanks. I will look into the consultation. I am on a Skilled Worker Visa 37.5 hours/wk. However, my main question is this: I'm looking to open a UK company and a UK bank account under my name for the purpose of getting into company let agreements. This is because you need a company to get into a company let agreement. As you may know, this is just for the purpose of being able to rent an accomodation to then re-rent it out to corporate clients. Home Office and HMRC will see the profit as taxable income similar to collecting tax from rental income of an owned property. I see this case of earning income as more of a passive income and investment, and once i've set it up I am not spending any time on it. Do you think they will see it as a breach of SW-visa contract? If the answer here isn't a clear yes or a clear no, let me know as well. Thanks.

At the point when you apply for ILR you should be able to justify that you were in genuine employment with you employer working for the 37.5 contracted hours and you were not spending spending time working for your business.
