I loved ,"I don't break my word for nobody."Followed by the enthusiastic, "let's go." I wonder why I never thought about being excited about grinding.I mean, I'm always happy when I do.
Kyle, I love it brother! As an Army vet and retired cop, I’ve never cared too much about hate coming my way anyways. We have the same motto, Fuck’em!!!!
17:20 Was a top tier statement right there! 💯 every washing group on FB is filled with people who want to be spoon fed in this industry. I’ve been in the game a little under a year learned and built my business from the group up! All credit to channels like yours Kyle! Keep up the great and honest content! People need to hear the truth and if they’re not ready for it they can kick rocks!! 😂👍
Hey Kyle! I NEVER comment on YT videos. I’ve been watching so many of your videos lately going back to when you first started and learning everything I can about starting up in this business but this video really triggered something positive and motivational within me and I just feel compelled to reach out. First, thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience. I can stress enough about how helpful your videos are to helping others learn the way and avoid mistakes you have made during your journey. I’ve been out of work for just under a year now and job searching has yielded nothing but closed doors. I’ve been leaning towards paving my own way and starting up my own business and working for myself vs giving up my time to work for someone else and the CAD government 🤬. Somehow I came across your videos and I said to myself “this is something I can definitely do” if I do it right from the start. I already have a corporation and holding company setup as well! But I only have an SUV so I’ll need to figure out a trailer setup and a hitch. But if there’s a will, there’s a way. I’m going to subscribe to your training community to learn the specifics of what exactly everything I need to invest in to get started so I can properly plan this out. Thank you for keeping it real and being genuine. Your vibe is someone who’s not only a dedicated and motivated businessman but also a cool, honest dude who I would invite over for a beer and BBQ! So, once again thank you and keep doing what you do and thank you for helping me even if you didn’t know you were!
1st door I knocked on when I started last year basically was closed before I could finish talking. Freaked me out but drove me at the same time. Got 3 jobs in the same subdivision (about 15 total houses) that day. Definitely need to up my marketing, and that’s my goal the next few months.
Aye bro, I just wanted to let you know and everyone else on your channel that the value you add is NOT just for washing companies. I run an interior demo business (going into my second year) and I come to you for value. Your delivery, your methods, and your mindset anre invaluable and they absolutely cross over to other trades. The blue collar community as a whole can benefit from these principles and I hope it finds the guys and gals out here who want to elevate their business. When we win as small business owners it lifts all the ones around us who were there on our bad days supporting us when we had to take a loss and keep pushing. Keep it up man 👍🏼
Hey man, I own a soft wash pressure washing company in St. John’s Florida. Love your mindset share a lot of similarities with you. Keep grinding love watching your videos.
I saw your video on a spray bucket. I ordered the stuff that wasn’t available locally,,and enthusiastically put it together. I love it and use it often. Thanks
Thanks for your advises man. I’m currently buying all my gear so I can start doing my own pressure washing company and be my own boss! Will keep checking out your videos 👊🏽🤙🏽
Mr Kyle! This was some motivational shtuff!! You call it like it is! Thank you! You're right, I bet many parts triggered some people but it's true! The D2D hit me 😬. But I got this!!!!! I don't give a ffffffff! So true. Forward we must go!! ⏩
I absolutely love your channel Kyle. You got a lot of great pointers and ideas. It’s my first year going commercial. I’m out there grinding it and hitting it hard. I love your attitude and how you feel about others. I run my life very similar to yours. I don’t give a damn what people think of me or how I’m running my business. All that truly matters is that I am a excess full business owner that keeps on pushing for a better tomorrow. God bless you and your family.
💯 always keep up the great videos. I'm new to the industry and in the process of getting my business off the ground and grind all year on the side til next year. I'm just enjoying the process and learn as much as I can. Keep up the positivity 🤙
Hey you’re a free man, He whom the Son sets Free is Free indeed! I’m starting out here in Ireland. I have a Powerwasher but what is the best spray nozzel system to have to spray 6%~12 % SH ?
By Far 1 of your most motivating videos. You hit on EVERY major point. To add on to your point about being scared to charge higher rates because it "seems" high vs. understanding that we are NOT our typical customer. $1,000,000 home = $1,000 MINIMUM charge, $2,000,000 home MINIMUM $2,000.00 and so on. The 10% MINIMUM rule is what made me finally get rid of the what to charge fear. Inflation and bidenomics does NOT scare the wealthy, and trust me....before they bought that 5,000 -10,000 sqft house, they calculated their annual maintenance cost and guess what....$ for Exterior cleaning was Definitely included in that and probably at 15%. Great video Kyle....FuK the H8rs!!
My wife and I watch your videos. My wife love the attitude, fuck them! I’m here in Wilson looking to start up a small operation and don’t know where to get the equipment at. Once up, your pro videos are the way to go. Keep filming, your attitude is perfect!!
I knocked on 20 something doors. I got 2 interested. One said my house needs cleaning. I'll call you in two weeks. I'll keep knocking on doors. It costs very little.
What's up Kyle....so at what point did you say F it......I'm taking this pressure wash business full time, while still working your full time job? I work nights for the railroad and pressure wash during the day. I've gained quite a clientele in one year and now have full blown marketing going....wrapped flatbed truck rig...Honda gx690 8gpm..softwash system etc. As opposed to past season rolling around a dewalt 4gpm on a cart.
Hi Kyle First off, great video! Quick question: What would you charge for a monthly wash for a well known chicken franchise. The customer isn’t happy w his current washing guy.
Joke: yep, caught me doing too many services! Just last night I thought to expand to have someone behind all those pieces of equipment clogging up my storage units.
Licensed CA General Contractor….you don't need a license to clean. Just a million-dollar liability policy in case you damage the property…Lot of lawyers in CA…
If the shoe fits wear it 💯 it’s weird to see grown ass men act up all emotional instead of just making the change for the better. Tough luv; truth hurts. Another great video brother 👊
Point 1: When you first start out and you only have one or two jobs a week, occasionally going two weeks without a job, how can you afford to be specialized? I understand taking too many types of jobs when you could choose to fill your schedule with a narrower spectrum of jobs but are you suggesting something otherwise?
I’m kinda sorta in this same spot. I haven’t even started my business yet however I plan on fazing pressure washing in and fazing out what I’m doing now. I’ll schedule the pressure washing in and as that picks up I’ll faze out my other job. In the slow season I will probably do odd jobs that can be done in colder weather. The priority is to make sure our bills are getting paid. I think the trick is to know when to spend time and or money on things that will move the needle on your bread and butter side of things and when to simply go out there and make money before the bill collectors come to collect there dues.
Hey Kyle, you're absolutely right! I'm waiting for it to warm up here in Wisconsin so we can start washing. I was in the first training class you put on three years ago. I got a lot out of your class.
I’ve been struggling with self motivation lately and that “properly fitted shoe” applied a well deserved Swift Kick in my Ass! “Thank you Sir, may I have another!” (Gonna put this one on daily repeat) …Time for some changes. 😉🙏
Hey man, I live right around your area and would love to have a pressure washing friend and someone I could learn from. If I could message you sometime. I go to mvp services, just trying to learn from the best, love your videos!
