Can I still be a Kindness Catalyst no matter what role I play in an organization? 

Does it matter if you are the CEO or a manager of your organization to help elevate the culture of kindness ? I believe it does not. Simple actions that employees do for one another and the customers they serve can have a huge impact on their fellow employees and on the bottomline!
