For history buffs. Burton should fill the Chris Henry roll. Provide a 3rd deep threat weapon with 2 studs partners. Simply that type of production would take us to a whole other level. Great analysis Joe!
i always have to change things i say about the bengals every time i watch one of your break downs lol, goood stuff brother you and dave always bring the best breakdowns
Need to do one of these on Myles 'Bust' Murphy. Bengals cant draft defensive line to save their life. Bungles are back and it starts with front office and coaching. Most expensive DL in the league and 0 pass rush
@jonneace54 maybe if we're lucky he'll have 5 sacks in 3 years by next year! Yall love making excuses for these bums, then sit there on Sundays scratching your head as to why Bengals stink. Can't make it up
If Burton never gets reps, he'll never develop...he's Dax Hill 2.0, no reps, no idea what you have until you play him. Iosivas is not a WR3, Gesicki needs to move to that roll and rotate with Burton. Burton should also get reps at WR4. If Burton had had game reps all season, he may have caught that TD pass, the same as Chase may not have bobbled that pass that turned into an interception if he had been in camp, instead of sitting out. Erick All has proven that he's more than capable to start at TE1. You can use Iosivas in the redzone, that's where he's been most effective.
Iosivias while a athlete is a very stiff WR. Burton has more shake and sudden stop moves Zac Taylor is so stupid he can't even figure out how to use Burton on simple jet sweeps
We have to go there, Higgins is NOT worth 22.5 mil...he can't stay on the field...wide receivers are the deepest draftable position every year ,no WR is worth ten million a year...put the money into PASS RUSH
We should extend gesicki for multiple years. He really is exactly what the bengals want at TE and is good enough to be a wr3 when we inevitably don’t keep tee.
We're 0-4 at home. Now, I'm not blaming the fans, but I am calling them out for not bringing the noise. Visiting teams can hear just fine and there's no home field advantage like in Seattle or KC. Granted, the Bengals haven't given the fans much to cheer about, but still...it would be nice to see the crowd make enough noise to make it tough on their OLine and lead to some false starts and general confusion.
Yoshi is a gimic to catch a td now and then in the redzone. NOT an nfl #3 and certainly no where near a #2 when Tees resting for next years free agency season. No wonder we struggle dont have the personnel to roll
Yet Yoshi has the 7 TD’s and averaged 10.7 yards per catch in limited opportunities LOL y’all need to get off your couch, touch grass and stop talking like legit analysts.
I hear many say Joe has "Superpowers", why aren't Zac and staff getting out of his way, line up 4 or 5 wide from the Shotgun and pick defenses apart, like '21 and '22, that is what Joe does best. It's just a shame that Egos get in the way.
Season over y'all. Time to trade Tee so we get something for him and then spend the rest of the season to see if Burton can step up and take that place. Unfortunately I don't think Yoshi is that guy either
Lou is a defensive back guy that being said he drops the D linemen back as a nickel corner or cover zone realistically a 6 foot 5 280 300 pound man is not gonna play like a Dback thats where i think lou fails there edge rushers not 195 pound corner or safety physically they are not gonna move the same. Thats where he needs to realize to develope players play to there strengths
I doubt Burton can be that receiver. I’ve heard he can’t learn the playbook, which I tend to believe. Saw a previous interview of Nick Sabin who essentially said the same thing in his nice way.
@@bertdonley513WHODEYYeah he’s so good at blocking that he misses his blocking assignment on 4th and 1 for Chase and we lose the game on a turnover on downs. Also your WR3 has to be able to get targets and catches. He gets as much separation as I would on the field. WR5 or PS player
😂 Yoshi has 7 TD’s and has averaged 10.7 yards per catch, he’s one of their most productive WR after Higgins and Chase. There’s a reason why Burrow trusts Yoshi in big moments, something most of y’all fat keyboard GM’s know nothing about.
