Talaque (By man) Khula (by woman) Faskh (by Qazi) Tafweez talaque is not any kind of talaq but a way of taking talaque. Similarly Talaq mubarra is nothing in Islam but it is Mubaraat. (Mutual Talaque/Khula) System of Talaq, Khula, Faskh is very clear in Shariat. I think you are confused and blaming Ulama. If woman has same and equal right of Talaque with it's all types the ratio of Tlaque will definitely increase 20 times more in India.

Petition for divorce filed according to Hindu Marriage Act, 13 1,a,b,c for divorce was rejected, quoting that she is a muslim. There is a misunderstanding that Ulmas are waris of the Prophet sas. All true Muslims are waris likewise all true Ulmas are waris. All untrue Muslims and untrue Ulmas may not be Waris of the Prophet sas. A person who studied a Aalim course is called Aalim. He may be following true Islamic teachings or may be not. However if a Aalim well studied the Shariya he can give finding about Sharayi matter, likewise a Well a person or Advocate who studied Muslim Shariya and Law can give correct finding on Sharayi matters. What is the problem?
