I have 300 bucks worth of the Best thc vapes that I can't use because I can't breathe after 2 mo ths of vaping. I smoked bud for so many years with tar but after it came up I was fine. This vape damage isn't going away. Don't vape..
I'm not worried anymore i'm relieved! Thank you so much for this video, it's been helping me with my anxiety after just a few hours of not vaping. Thank you for the content support! I stopped nicotine today, Thursday december 8th 2022 at 2:22pm. I am ready to heal ❤ I hope whoever reads this is ready too 💪🏼 Today and from now on I choose My health.
how is it going??! i stopped january 9th so i’m only on my 5th day so I am struggling a lot right now with really bad withdrawals. Im scared and it feels like this feelings of “needing nicotine” won’t ever go away.
@@jacobenoch9640 same here , day3 . Hanging in here . I just had enough, addiction been controlling me 15yrs no more . All ready cost me so much . Stay strong👍
I can’t sleep because of shortness of breath. My chest feels tight right now. I’m writing this at 5am cause I can’t sleep. I’ve been vaping for 2 years straight now, and I’m finally deciding to quit right now. This night marks it for me I’m done. Hopefully every one struggling makes that first step of quitting too.
I am now 1 month nicotine free!! I smoked cigs for years and then moved over to vaping. I even used chewing tobaccos very good amount during that period as well. Needless to say nicotine had me wrapped around its finger. I still have a long way to go but one month nicotine free is a huge accomplishment! I honestly can’t say I feel any better but it’s a huge boost in my confidence to know I can quit something! You can too juts, f$cking quit. Get control back of your life.
Your videos are helping me cope almost every day. It is not an easy journey. I'm on week 2 of quitting THC and every time my brain tries to play mind-games with me, I watch one of your videos. Please keep going, keep doing this great work.
Started vaping at 16 im 21 now. Ive been so stuck but this channel helps my toxic mindset. Im trying to quite cali bars/puff bars. I hate them SOOOOOOOO much and in starting to have chest pains and im so mad at myself for keeping this hidden from my loved ones. This shit suuucks.
Hey, you're not alone! I'm 24 and have been vaping since the same age. I started getting chest pain recently so I destroyed all my vapes with a hammer so I couldnt scoop them out of the trash. It scared the shit out of me enough to finally try to really quit. Today was my first day quitting and I plan on never picking it up again. Think I might face my fears and go to a doctor for chest pain. Good luck
Figured I’d come back for an update. I’m on day 3 with no vaping, the longest I’ve been in years. All because of this video. Thank you so much. The journey is rough but I’m taking back control!
Why are u trying it in your 20s it's a smoking cessation device if you waste money on cigs and u switch to vaping and u eventually quit vaping is it not worth it. I mean u can go the pill way but most pills have side effects such as impotence sterility that sounds way more fun at 20.
@@chrxmeheartcode hey man you’re You’re 15 right now I’m just going to give you a secret stay away from Areas where people are vaping I mean you’re going to see it but ignore it I’m 19 I started at 14 regret it man it just sucks but my taste got so much better and so did my mental health
Im on day 5. Since 2014 i been smoking, now i feel a ton more energy in my self. No stimulants or downers. Its absolutely awesome. An if you're reading this you can 100% quit nic. Like anything in life whats worth fighting for dose NOT come easy. You got your self into drugs or cigarettes you have to get your self out. Nobody is coming to save you. Goodluck.
I'm 8 days without any nicotine. I've caped for the past 12 years, never skipped a day. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do, and my craving are getting better by the day. Everytime I crave it I just watch one of your videos and it really helps out a lot! Appreciate the work you do! And good luck to everyone on the same path, you're not alone!
I'm on day 7 or 8 of no vaping. I smoked cigarettes for 5 years and then 4 years of vaping. It's been so hard and I'm feeling very under the weather. It's heavy in my chest, I have cold symptoms and my throat is bothering me with post nasal drip. But it has to be done and I have to deal with it. I'm 30 and want a healthier life. I don't want to deal with this when it's harder for my body to recover. It's a long road ahead but I'm confident
Thanks to your channel and getting Covid, I am able to quit vaping and smoking after 5 years. I’m on day 50! Thank u so so much. Completely beated that goddamn addiction.
I am afraid of three things, breast cancer (my aunt had it so it runs in the family), having a heart attack (i lost my dad to a heart attack when i was 5 years old), and lung damage, I started early in my junior year of highschool and it has taken me up until now being a sophomore in college ( I was doing great for months but then i had periods of relapse) but now i am so committed to quitting and trying to be as healthy as i can be for myself and for my own future. it is and will probably continue to be hard but people quit everyday and i have the will power to do so as well , if you are reading this and thinking of quitting , JUST DO IT YOU CAN DO IT i am with you on this journey to recovery and finally taking control of your life , in the end it will feel so rewarding and good to have full control over our impulses and intrusive thoughts ALL LOVE WE CAN DO IT
Thank you ❤️ you helped my you quit my 5 year addiction , I feel better after 5 hours if anyone is struggling and sees this . Go on a walk maybe a short one. Breath the fresh air outside . Take your vape and throw it away. Remember that fresh breath. That’s what you need instead of the poison that takes control of your money and your life. Sobriety is key. You don’t need anythjng artificial in your life. Stay strong. I know it’s hard. I know it’s hard…
I used to be a pretty above average athlete (played basketball in college) I started vaping in college occasionally only while drinking but pretty soon I was hooked.. About 3 years of vaping at least a juul pod a day or more, and my stamina had gotten so bad that the last time I tried to play basketball I puked after like 15 minutes. That was a real wake up call that I needed to quit Currently 8 days in completely cold turkey and feeling a lot of improvement already.. also I keep coming back to watch videos like this because the cravings are still pretty rough right now lol
Over the past couple days I have cut back heavily on my intake. I watched this, and the reality of what I’ve been doing to my lungs over the years from not only vaping, but other rather poor decisions, stresses me to the point where I’m craving a hit… I’m not picking it up, though. I want to be around longer, for my remaining family and girlfriend. She also vapes, a few weeks back she tried to quit but I feel like me constantly hitting mine made it too difficult for her. I can already feel something within my chest isn’t right. I’m always coughing up phlegm & lately have been feeling more pain around my chest area. When I get home from work, I wanna sit down and show her this vid, and throw our devices away. Sorry for the long read, but if you’ve stayed this long, please leave advice or coping mechanisms we may practice. TIA 🖤
vaping is a tough one. after getting into a car accident while vaping it really made me quit. Although i have relapsed 2 time but have noticed some weird breathing issues here & there. Just put it down its not worth it especially how there isn't much research out there. someone near me had a double lung transplant :( from vaping
hey I wanted to say I’ve been vaping for about 2 years. off and on I’ve smoked carts and weed. Lucky my breathing feels normal still at 20. But today after watching this video I feel a bit ashamed. I think it’s best to face reality. I’m going to try to cut it off thanks for the video man
@@ItzKyAlt great man. It sucks the first 2 weeks. you will have withdraws from both weed and nic if you’ve done both like me. Expect weird dreams, mood swings, people may irritate you more when you stop so be careful to not get upset, feeling sad for no real reason and some warm body heat at night. Two days ago I had one hit off my friends vape I haven’t felt a craving for vaping. I think quitting for so long made my mentality really strong that I have no need to hit a vape. but overall it feels good when you stop. you start having better moods and food taste better. I think nic effects your hunger and tastebuds not in a good way. my sleep has also gotten better, I have lower anxiety less stress, and better breathing. I’d recommend picking up another hobby because your body will need some kind of addiction to compensate for the first weeks. I’d highly recommend exercise but fun exercise like swimming, jump rope, shooting basketball outside etc. buy a new video game. try a new diet for fun. Watch comedy. I like to blast some music on a sunny day and do fun exercise shirtless or punch a bag to get my frustrations out. the best thing is to just throw them away. have a goodbye hit. before you quit you have to admit it’s not good for you and you want better things for yourself. and if you do relapse you need to tell yourself I won’t do more than 3 hits and you best throw it away or put it water when you relapse to force yourself to commit. just remind yourself you’re doing it because you care about yourself. When you relapse don’t feel guilty. I used the technique “okay if I relapse by finding a old vape I’ll hit it but it’s going into the water then the trash can after 5 hits. Because atleast if you relapse you do it by your own terms.
@@caonimaaacao2682 it’s normal bro. your body is adjusting. Its like eating 5 times a day everyday and then suddenly eating regular portions your body has to adjust as it gets used to a certain stimulant. Nic or weed usually has helped up sleep. but over time it actually messes with your sleep and you never get great rest. Right when you stop the first week will be the roughest. Once its a month youll feel much better. Then you’ll finally feel what’s like to actually get some good sleep that you’ve been missing the whole time since you started smoking. I’d recommend detoxing your body. Weed or Nic is like when your sick you have to drink lots of water, exercise it will speed up your recovery over the addiction. Expect being moody or cranky too its okay. You’re doing the right thing bro stay strong
So I accidentally got addicted to posh pods like 8 months ago. Since then I haven’t stopped vaping, it’s gotten to the point where I’ll literally walk off my shift to run to the bathroom and vape or I’d get anxiety when I’m not vaping. last month I recently noticed I’m congested when I vape, taking deep breaths hurts my chest and I’ve been having lower back pain. Today I’m admitting to myself I do have an addiction and starting today I’m going to stop b4 I completely ruin myself because I feel like shit knowing Ive been dependent on this toxic liquid to get through the day. Which me luck I’ll take any advice to getting back to being healthy.

Dude I was 35 and started vaping going through a divorce from March until September. I quit for a month then started again. Just wake up one day and don't do it that day and continue cold turkey. Lungs will try to heal as soon as u stop. Good luck bro

Wishing myself and everyone else here the best of luck! I believe in y'all 💪🏻
I took mushrooms once and quit smoking instantly but now I'm having a hard time quitting vaping. I don't want to suffocate to death. Today is hopefully the first day of laying off forever
I’m happy to be out of the vape game. Glad I only did this for a year. Vapes are so dangerous. You just puff on that shit all day and you gain nothing from it. Maybe a head rush in the morning. It’s just not worth it

I’m 24 years old and I’ve smoked marijuana for 4 years.. i started vaping it last year so about 1 year of vaping.. i’m 3 months free. I just woke up one day and quit everything. I was tired of the wheezing, the coughing, the phlegm.. even now after 4 months i’m still coughing up phlegm and having to use an albuterol inhaler.. I just pray that i make a full recovery because i want to leave for Marine Corps Boot Camp in 6 months time.. since i’ve always stayed active and did a lot of high cardio activities (running, heavy PT, jiu jitsu) i think i have a good chance at fully healing… but i’m not gonna lie to yall this is a question you dont want to have…
At the age of 15 I smoked tch for about a year, I felt no shortness of breath no pain or anything, but when I started vaping at 16 for almost a year straight I’m starting to feel shortness of breath, I got an injury from wrestling, this might actually be the problem of my recovering, I’ve been trying to recover for almost 4-5 months now, if I’m being completely and totally honest, it’s hard to quit, I’ve been thinking about rather I wanted to quit or not, even after knowing that the only reason I didn’t want to quit was because an addiction… but after watching this, I truly don’t want to vape anymore, I’ve told my exes and other people that you only want to because you’re addicted, they never listened to me, but it’s about time I listen to myself, I give the best advice on every little thing, just for myself I never listen to my own advice… I’m going to throw this vape outta my window, I’m tired of wasting every dollar I earn in stupid things like vaping, actually I only spend my money on vaping. I hope I can do this, get better from my injury and get the body I’ve always worked so hard for, things always get in the way of my success, wether it’s sickness or an injury from working out or anything of that matter, I’ve got to get back on the grind. It’s about time. It’s about to be my 17th birthday in 8 days, I hope to live another 17 after quitting.
Most worried about my son copying my bad example and about the effects that vaping has on me and will continue to have on me never mind second hand smoke. Today is the day i quit... this time for good. Time to be the best version of myself again. Not a failure until ya stop trying. This time ive got it and wont let it defeat me ❤
Smoked for 10 years. Then vaped for 2" years. I stopped vaping 1 month ago cause I was finding myself very short of breath when I was training. I feel like my breathing is better and I'm running 5k a day with less effort than it was at the start
I’ve been vaping for 9 months to quit cigarettes and weed. I quit both and got hooked to vaping. I’ve developed a sore throat with a cough. I sometimes struggle to breathe. My chest feels quite heavy when exercising. There’s a lot of mucus built up. I’ve grabbed all the vape stuff, put it in a bag and threw it all out. I don’t want it in my house anymore. Anyone saying vaping is healthy, you are so wrong. I will never smoke or vape ever again. I quit cigarettes and weed cold turkey I can quit this too.
@@mcggaming4288 it depends on how long you’ve been smoking for. For me it took two weeks, just hang in there it’s worth it in the end you’ll look back in a year and be glad you quit.
1 year, 246 days without vaping. I can’t thank this video & its creator enough. If you scroll in the comments, you can see a bit of my journey 😂 anyone trying to quit, stick to it, even if you relapse. Your mind is so much stronger than you know.
Great video, a lot of us need to hear this stuff. I just ripped my breeze pro apart and thew it away. I think I have vaping illness symptoms that I had been confusing with severe anxiety for a while now. I'm done with smoking anything, I just wanna feel good again bro 😅
This video is hitting a lot, I’ve basically been non stop vaping since 8th grade and it’s been close to 10 years but maybe I can get some years back if I end it now...
Anyone else have chronic chest discomfort? Not really painful, just a soreness that never goes away. Today I'm throwing out my vape. Going to stay busy praying. Stay strong everyone!
You yelled at me lol. I need that man! That's alot may God bless you for your effort. I knew something was wrong I’m a chronic tobacco smoker. Been smoking since age 16, I’m 29 now. Among a plethora of other drugs that ive done and struggling with I've been hooked on heroin before and shot it. I know you've dealt with drugs as well but we tend to not worry about the consequences once that rush hits. My lung function has declined over the decade and a half and's I'll say that if it weren't for my diet I would probably have been gone. Vaping is something that is a hit or miss for me. There are some vapes (the expensive ones might I add) that are a much higher quality. (Some). Its mainly the cheap e-cig brands like Juul, Vuse, etc. that will kill you in no time. Tbs anything being inhaled into the lungs besides the God's oxygen is bound to do much harm. I haven't been vaping long long on this go-round but I’m a frequent hitter. I've an addictive personality so I probably (rather likely, absolutely) subconsciously associate the simulation with a lot more than just the benefit of nicotine. I just chucked my Njoy pod as far as I could. I know i can stay off vapes/ the only reason i had the Njoy pod is because someone gave me the rig free and i decided to get a few pods/ my thing is cigarettes. Here's to keeping away from it all.
I am most worried about getting a lung x ray and seeing a cancerous tumor. I saw my mom go through cancer and pass away and that is by far my worst fear. Took my last hit tonight and I’m doing my best to get through the first 72.
Most worried about my lungs but after hearing u say my entire body is being harmed the fear is my health the reason i am worried about my lungs is coz i started vaping at a young age i used too be on a cross country team and later i started Vaping and it wasnt much of a problem at first until i quit my cross country team and i continued too vape and my friend challenged me too beat him in a race and i was fairly confident in myself so we did and we ran for less than 5 minutes and afterwards i was struggling too catch my breath for 3 or 4 hours after that and its really made me consider my life choices and my health what makes it harder is everyone ik vapes and everyone ik smokes and quiting Vaping for my future is hard for me too grasp without encouragement
Think about this what do you care more about in life your lungs or a useless 3 minuet buzz? Is that buzz really worth it? Honestly is anything about vaping worth it? I think you will find that you are not actually giving anything up... your legit getting your life back.
The first 2 weeks after vaping your smelling, taste, and breathing comeback from smoking. Vaping has been around for 18 years. The idea with vaping to get as little nicotine possible and preferably no flavoring. Everybody is different.
I was a cigarette smoker for years, and I have been vaping for about 2 years now... I just recently had my appendix removed, so I'm just over a week of not vaping... I was always worried about my tongue and what the vape was doing to my mouth... I told myself I could quit vaping because the vape juice I would get had synthetic nicotine, and I was right... Quitting vaping is a lot easier than quitting cigarettes...
I quit smoking anything about 9 or 10 weeks ago after I was laced off of a preroll.. I was seeing very scary stuff and asking questions I didn't want to.. I was hospitalized the next day and diagnosed with severe anxiety .. The first 3 weeks of quitting where pretty hard when I quit cold turkey , I I would get ice vape juice wich after a little a bit I started feeling like my throat was getting frozen.. I decided to quit because I don't seem to have wanted or need it anymore, I was doing all kinds of stupid things like HHC , Delta 8, 9 , 11 on top of smoking weed , dabs , and popping percocets and kratom at the same time as picking up the bottle , I lost my dream of being an 11B infantryman in the Army so I belived I was nothing , am nothing and will never ammount to anything , wich I know is not true now... if you are suffering from thoughts like that and addictions , know you're not alone although you think you are... you may feel like you've lost everything and it's too late but it's not.. get up on your feet and keep moving. If you're considering quitting , just do it , it'll be hard for the first 3 weeks but there are stop smoking aids like Nicorette gum to help you quit. I'm only 18 years old.. I know that I was stupid to get into that stuff to begin with and I know I may pay for it later.. but there is nothing I can do about that but drop it now and keep on moving and enjoy everything. It's not that hard to.
Chantix has helped me quite so much easier, but the truth is, if you keep surrounding yourself with people that use nicotine, you most likely will never quite for good. I'm speaking from the heart because i had to give up a lot to get a clean and sober life, it's worth every lonely night
Hey guys. I smoked a pack a day for 15 years, then vaped for 5. Vaping destroyed my performance and lung capacity and V02 Max exponentially faster and more severely than cigatettes did. I quit about 10 days ago and Ive been using the 21mg nicotine patches. I get the urge to vape a couple times a day but it passes within a few minutes and happens less and less after the first few days. Just force yourself through it. The improvement in my physical energy and performance on the 4th day was honestly shocking to me. So exciting. The human hody is remarkable. Stop damaging it and it will heal.
“and that neck pain and that low back pain you’ve been having” naw he ate and he KNOWS IT😭😭. Look at the absolute face of victory after he says that😭😭😭 he got me. Subscribed.
I’m most worried about not ever being able to stop at all, I started in 9th grade (about 6 years ago) and I feel it’s only gotten really bad these past 2 years, the anxiety of my lungs someday explode is enough to make me stop for a few hours but the cravings overpowered that every time, I’m jus weak minded in that sense, but i did have a bit of a wake up call the other day when I woke up barely breathing and coughing my lungs up lol. I jus keep saying this will be the day but it’s not :(
relapsing is a part of recovery from addiction. addiction is very hard if you make it hard, you have to keep the mindset that you will quit and that it’ll be better for you physically and mentally. you will be okay and you’re not alone. many people struggle with this completely. even i do. i believe in you, keep pushing.
i started quiting vape on october 10 2023 after my teacher help me to reach my goal to quit vaping.after eight month quiting ,i started vaping bad cause my anxiety kick in.im became scared and i vaping back to releif those feeling.but now im ready to quit back and im prepeared if my anxiety come back .my day quiting vaping back is 18 may 2024
Bro I’ve been smoking since I was 15 I’m 18 now I’ve been having neck paint and back pain like he says and he’s right we are the first generation to have vapes there are no study’s to what it dose long term I’m trying to quit cold turkey today
I am sick of being a slave to nicotine and caffeine. I am currently using nicotine lozenges instead of vaping. I have been attempting to quit caffeine but not succeeded yet. I have managed a few days where I had no caffeine or just the one cup of tea... but today I had 4 coffees. I have come a long way but there is still a long way to go!!!
I tell people they will never heal and People still do it! That sounds so much like me holy cow I’m most worried about irreversible damage to my body. I started vaping due to work stress and it’s been extremely hard to quit because it’s a cycle of stress work stresses me out so I hit my vape and if I can’t hit my vape it start trying to find ways to do it
I just turned 30. I've been vaping for 3 years, and I was not a smoker before. I have re really noticed thinning skin around my eyes and mouth. Is it because I'm old, or is it the vape???? I don't know, but I'm 9 days vape free today. I barely even miss it.
If my lungs never heal from vaping, I’d say “eh, might as well” and continue vaping at that point. If they do heal from quitting, I’ll get continue to gain my satisfaction from it but stop when I feel my life doesn’t have any more problems to think about.
I’ve been vaping for 9 months now every day since February. My lungs feel congested when I inhale and it seems no matter how hard I cough I can’t clear it up. Completely quitting vaping as of today and I’ll let you guys know if my lungs return to normal after a few months of running the treadmill. Wish me luck
Good luck ! Today I was laying flat on my back in my bed and it’s like I could barley breathe , then I had a blurry vision I couldn’t breathe and I had to force myself for a little bit of air then I got up was light headed and everything … just threw all my vapes away , been doing it for 3 years now & im done it’s not worth my health
I started vaping for the 2nd time after quitting once and it’s been 2 weeks and I feel terrible. I had flu like symptoms all day, nausea and diarrhea and a very sore throats. The bottom of my gums on my lower teeth are really inflamed and red and my head really hurts. I cold Turkey quit vaping about 2 hours ago and I hope I can feel better by the end of this weeks. I’ll come back to this comment in a week for a update.
Don’t agree with the nicotine rotting at your body. I knew people who have used smokeless tobacco for over 40+ years and never had a single health problem. But I know people who smoked cigarettes for that long as just about all of them had COPD or lung cancer. Nicotine isn’t the problem, it’s only problem is it gets you addicted. If you’re a caper or smoker, I suggest going on zyn nicotine pouches to wean off and keep lowering your nicotine level until you’re done.
All I can say is that after 2 weeks of no vaping after vaping every single day taking a hit every 15 minutes, is that I have more energy, I can breath bette, I even sleep better and the shortness of breath I was starting to get that led me to want to quit is gone. Never again. Man I can even smell and taste better!
I've just got COVID and I've stopped vaping today I've vaped for 2 years I stopped smoking cigarettes 7 years ago....I just want to breathe how long did you take to feel better plz
I came across a story on news a couple years ago I think it made national headlines I can’t remember. It was about an 18 yr old girl that had been vaping since she was 14, I mean vaping a LOT- almost constantly from what it sounded like. Long story short, she went to the doctor because she thought she had a bad cold, but when they ran x-ray they discovered her lungs were completely charred black and she would die soon without a lung transplant. Can’t imagine what that’s like for the family, and what a horrible way to die. I never followed up or read any further into it, it just blew my mind and freaked me out at the time because I vaped. Quit that over a year ago and now I’m working on quitting weed.
Its because she smoked laced thc carts, you see a while back pushers started to add a acid into the cartridges for taste, on its own its pretty harmless but if smoked it will cause severe damage to the lungs. Now i dont know what dmg vaping causes but it feels to me that its not as bad as normal cigarettes but it might be very damaging even tho there are no studies that would proof it
@@BlackhandAl it wasnt thc carts, she was only vaping nicotine. And yes they are far more damaging than cigarettes i can attest to that. I vaped for only one year and i still feel the damage in my right lung three years after quitting. Cigarettes alone never affected me like that.
@@0rinthianye, you see anectodal evidence is a weird thing because i can attest you from my experience that its WAY less damaging than cigs I smoked for 10 years and i felt sick like a Dog, every morning i was coughing out brown lumps and my Lung was hurting a lot, then i switched to vape and in the span of 3 Months i felt so much better i did a xray and the doc told me my lungs look way better than just a few months ago. Most doctors will also tell you thats its not even close to the damaging effects of ciggaretes At the end of the day you should be carefull with such statements because as it is right now nobody knows whats happening in like 20 years with your Lungs. I heard from many other ppl that they felt a lot better with the vape than with ciggs
@@BlackhandAl doesn’t mean that nic vapes arent severely damaging. You can try to justify your nic vape all you want but i personally knew and worked with kids 18+ all vaping nic and more than one pf them said their doctor showed them they had the lungs of a 60 year old who has smoked cigarettes for 40 years. They didnt care they were so addicted. Keep vaping nic if you want and see what happens
I smoked cigarettes since I was about 14. I used vape to quit. Went from a 6 to a 3, then finally 0's . Then I kept hearing how bad it was for you. At this point I started smoking cigars and pipes. Finally stopped pipes and cigars 10 months ago. Now I'm trying to stop vaping and smoking THC. So I been buying thc candy. Smoke and vape free in 2024. 👍
my main question is I have an addition to the sensation of having smoke in my lungs! Nicotine came to get me hooked afterwards. Then weed. I want to stop nicotine 100%, my lungs would definitely appreciate it. My question is does weed detrimentally hurt my lungs too
Weed can have a negative impact on the lungs absolutely. With that being said keep in mind I understand the habit but don't be fooled the main portion of the addiction is a drug addiction to nicotine!
@@JinnYoungKim weed doesn’t directly kill you but certainly isn’t healthy. Nowhere near as bad as smoking cigs and vaping though. Take it from someone who’s been heavily addicted to both
@@stephenasmith273 Hmm... So am I safe not to smoke weed? Well I know vaping is harmful. That's the reason why I only puff E Pipe. I smoke lowest tar ciggies due to extreme stress.
I quit smoking everything months ago. The nicotine has been proven to aid in the relief of ulcerative colitis symptoms. I keep nicotine gum around in case I start to have a flare up. It’s that or steroids so…..yeah.
So discouraging to hear I just quit 3 days ago bec nicatine gives me anxiety but hearing this really sucks. Will my lungs heal? Of course they will I don’t even know why I clicked on this video to begin with 🙄
