That first match illustrates exactly what I was saying about avoiding monster effects ENTIRELY if there's even a CHANCE that TTT can turn the battle around if your backrow can disrupt enough to potentially end a turn.
Normally if I have Maxx "C" what I do is: Toggle off so they get confident that I don't have it, until they activate something to special summon and then quickly toggle back on.
Theres a setting that lets you toggle on/off activation timing, I typically hold right click (no activations) until I want to use maxx c, then let go and surprise my opponent with it
@@JBGachaGaming On PC you should have the activation confirmation button set to switch + hold, so holding left click toggles on and holding right click toggles off. On mobile you should have it set to hold 3, this completely turns off chain messages but only when touching the screen you can toggle on to chain to something.
Sad, that no one is showing how strong CB can be. and i really had great matches this Tournament but sadly Dkayed couldnt show them on stream, i believe the one in top 32 vs Shadow, the dude was playing VS with Snake Eye and his deck was crazy good. Shame such good games has been lost forever

14:42 I believe the issue here isn’t that the opponent takes control of Bagooska, but rather that Bagooska is now in attack position. If Barrage effect just says “destroy it”, then it should apply the same even if the target moves to a different spot on the field. But Bagooska in attack position cannot be destroyed by the opponent’s card effects. So as the chain resolved, Barrage still tried to destroy Bagooska but was unable to because Bagooska’s inherent protection had kicked in.

I’ve been playing weather painters for a year (before support) and I’ve never had an issue getting to master. The issue with trash meta decks is that everyone knows how they work, people still don’t understand weather painters I get so many wins because people who use meta tend not to read

I find it very funny that people in the chat are complaining that a ROUGUE deck is using floodgates against a top tier 1/0 deck. How is the rougue deck supposed to win?
I mean if we had board breakers that banish instead of destroy, like a different dimension dark hole to banish every monster on the field it would help. We have evenly match, but that’s not enough now a days.
That's not entirely true, you just need to be good at deckbuilding and know your deck well. But I understand that flipping a floodgate might seem the easiest and fastest way to counter a tier 1/0 deck to you, only problem is you are depending on going first and being lucky enough to draw the floodgate. Also good players usually have a plan to out them, especially if you are playing best 2 of 3 where you can side too. There is a reason you don't see floodgates at finals, those decks just don't make it.
Rogue decks have managed to beat me when I played meta decks, and I managed to beat meta decks when I played rogue. It just depends if your deck is good against a specific deck or not.
The replys are big cope. You have a good match up as a rouge deck vs tier 1/0 and still a rouge deck because either your an outable or inconsistent/ bricky floodgate deck or your a negate hell deck and still either lose to 1 ash or bricky af.
I don’t feel like snake eyes is as oppressive as tearlament ishizu full power (MD) but is the next strongest deck in MD’s history compared to the rest it’s meta field imo.
