SatSriKal 🙏.Thank you Rupinder Ji for the awesome video. Could u pl make a seperate video on how do you clean the Rotimatic and what are the challenges. Why cleaning is important and it’s frequency. It would be great if you also cover cover the topics - Is it essential to buy Rotimatic Cleaning products? Or Can we manage using exisiting home equipments ( what all equipments/items do we need). Sat Sri Akal 🙏. Thanks a lot for your kind words. I would try to make the video later this year. Just to answer your question - Rotimatic machine comes with all cleaning brushes which are sufficient. You do not need to buy anything seperately. They do sell a cleaning liquid for the water tunnel but vinegar and baking soda is sufficient for that. Cleaning the Rotimatic is really not that big of a deal. There is very little you need do on a regular basis.

Quiet a few people have shared their success stories on making Gluten free rotis in rotimatic on the Rotimatic Owners group. Some are able to do so using Flaxseed flour while others use Xanthum Gum and some keep trying until the machine learns. I need to experiment a bit more with Gluten free options. All the best!
