Last two playthroughs I did as Speer, probably the most wholesome path for germany in comparison to the others, and Russia is always in the process of being reunified by either the Aryan brotherhood or Tabby's russian empire with the black league always in central Siberia weird that the worst paths for Russia happened several times in a row
Black League is pretty wholesome if you manage to maintain their Anarchist values. Russia becomes a true "People's Republic" in every sense and despite how shaky things get, it ends with a pretty positive vibe.
That was a joy to watch. TNO always seems more fun when watching it play out instead of being the one playing it, but it goes to show that the concept was quite strong at least. I always love to push out the reforms with Speer while maintaining a conservative leaning. It helps prevent the Gang of Four in muddling with the politics and lets everything heal naturally instead of being rushed by the disasters they created to take advantage of the situation.

Hey man, this is a great video! I love how it’s not pure gameplay, but also a animation that goes with it. I would suggest you play the eurasianists from Russia In kaiserredux, as it is a very fun path. But that is just a suggestion, so continue working on what you wanna do!

Well of course it is historically illiterate, all alt-history is? I understand why you don't like it but I have to defend the mod. No one calls 1984 historically illiterate but it still is! I think TNO is the same. They try to show how bad a world could be if Hitler had won.
Ah, no, there’s a difference between historical illiteracy and Alt-History. Ignoring the big example like Burgundy, much of the writing draws from the perspective of very much post war rationalizing of historical events. The German economy is probably the biggest one I can think of off the top of my head. It was run as a socialized system, with large conglomerates owned and operated by party loyalists, while being overseen by commissars, made up the bulk of all large scale industrial activity in the country. On top of that, they actively pursued autarky and a firm “one nation economy”. This mod depicts Germans working 14 hour days with no social support or any form of government spending, with a largely authoritarian, but not socialized, economy, that is utterly devoted to military first spending. This is in direct contrast to all prewar and during the war economic positions of Berlin, with a large social safety net, improved working conditions for most Germans (and slavery Or deportation at best for non Germans), with a vast amount of economic effort focused on improving the conditions of the average German (see the myth of the German economic miracle).
Furthermore, Speer himself would be the exact opposite of a reformer. The man opposed allowing women into the workforce and instead wanted to expand the use of slave labor. Additionally, we don’t see the consequences of any of the german exploitation of occupied lands, we don’t see them attempt to establish their proposed vassal states in the British isles or France, and we don’t see any of the greater Germany plans. Instead we have a weird mishmash of reichscomissariats and almost randomly annexed territories.
