I'm pretty sure the split Latvia thing was because the Latvian civil war was going on, but since Latvia was a puppet of the USSR, when the Russian Civil War broke out, that somehow made them whitepeace. Epic paradox moment. Also please turn off day night cycle it hurts me

The blue lines is an option to see what your allies (the ai) are up to in terms of battleplanning. So you could've just clicked the funny button that removes it
