Shmee is the one of the very few (if not the only one...) car tuber out there that has this kind of access. The prize for his many years of dedication, hard work and love for the car community. Congrats Shmee.

It happened before all this not after. I worked there as a photographer and it was very odd, they held a moment silence at the front of the grid with his team and helmet and he'd only died about 4 hours before. Surreal

It's been the most amazing 2 weeks since Gumball; driving places like across Serbia, the Transfagarasan in Romania, and now a lap in Spa, and there might have been a run to over 200mph in this car along the way! Not only that but the Chiron, Codalunga, 911 GT1, and more... speechless

It would be very interesting to find out why they chose you to lead the parade lap. I bet it's because you are a responsible, sensible, RU-vidr who is an excellent ambassador for motorsport and cars. It must be so fun to do things like this.
Serious question. Why would you run the Pilot Cup 2 R's on a car, that you drive through Europe? Wouldn't less agressive tyres have made more sense? Even if you wanted a tyre that can handle track days, why not use the Cup 2's or even the PS4S? They can handle a track session or two and still have enough grip in the rain, which is a very real danger/problem when you drive through various climate zones.

You can be very proud to have acomplished that. Lucky the bad weather did not affect your car too much. A young driver lost his life this weekend at Spa, that is so bad
lol how small the McMurtry is! :D Edit: Also, I'm surprised you don't have windshield coating! Yea it has to be renewed regularly, but it makes water drops to stay round and not to splat on the windscreen! It increases visibility imo massively in hard rainy conditions (safety) and there is not as much need for wipers!! (there is a bit this behavior on your side windows, but it could be from some "regular" car coating/wax, that can do the effect to some extent as well..) I really suggest you give windshield coating a try, if you haven't before, on your most likely rain -hitting cars like the van and the Black series! :)
i have a feeling tim will announce one day that he's an official ferrari ambassador. Ferrari's strategy to reach out to younger buyers by collaborating with influencers. in exchange tim gets access to buying limited edition ferraris. 🙃
