Why are the lats so difficult to feel when it comes to back exercises for so many people? I can never feel mine, I've tried lat pulldowns, bent over barbell rows, nothing.

Try chest supported dumbell rows, maybe start with one arm at a time. Really made a difference for me focusing on pulling the elbows back.

Thank you for the tips! I'll be sure to give this a go on my back days! I do have one question (if you could answer, or if anyone knows please respond) --- Are you standing a little forward with bent knees? I couldn't really tell from the video. Please and thank you!

great video, I can flex one lat at a time no problem at all it's so easy, but when i flex both of them it's like 60 percent less on each one :/

I don’t even know what they’re supposed to feel like! If I do a one arm dumbbell row and really squeeze my side I think I can feel them
