Omg I absolutely love you, Sara. Thank you so much for making this video! I was born with a brachial plexus injury and the range in my right arm & shoulder is very limited. I have been having so much trouble for the past few years looking for isolation exercises that I can actually do to strengthen my lat. You put it all together for me. You truly are such a blessing!
yes! I have had the EXACT issue for the last year...ugh. I actually just popped a rib out due to the left side weakness and compensation. thank you for this! I'm going to implement some of your tips to try and work out my left side discrepancies and hopefully fix my shoulder and hip issues. You rock, lady!!
As I've recently developed a shoulder impingement, (to be more precise one that hadn't affected me before), is now curtailing my ability to press so I've had to lay of military presses for now. So I appreciate these vlogs about how you go through troubleshooting and long-term maintenance on the fundamentals. Thanks!
Another great, useful, informative vlogs delivered in bad ass style ❤ I am loving learning the mechanics of my body and getting a complete shift of paradigm regarding movement, "fit"-ness and exercise. Will be watching this many times over for the next few days. And will be, I am sure returning with questions and feedback. Thank you Sara
I’m 65 . I have a/s . I try to do a workout every day . The one thing I can not seem to fix is doing a military press. Thought it was in my shoulders . Watching your video makes me see this in a different way . I am also fused in lumber region . I guess my problem is my lats. We will start addressing this . Hope your video takes care of this . Thank You for educating the masses !!
loved this video. so informative. I think I am stuck with a similar problem. I have a very thight ileopsoas in the right leg, and a very weak left ankle. static stretching of the psoas and strengthening of the ankle/calf muscles helped a lot, but not anymore. and I don't really know how to proceed now... :(
this video was extremely helpful !! I have the same problems like u just that my whole left side of my body is smaller than the right side and now I understand why my left arm is bigger than the right because it is compensating to for the lack of left lat stimulation. can u do a video about how to treat imbalances in the lower body ? my left glute is significantly smaller than the right one and I am afraid of these imbalances for future injuries . thank u so much !!!
I am just beginning to try to figure out the same issue! I also have issues getting my left side to engage in the same way as my right. Been an issue for me for the longest time, but I have never been sure on what to do about it! More videos like this please!
how long does your warm up or stretching routine lasts before a workout ? (mine sometimes lasts up to 20 min) and do u do anything after workout ? (like stretching ? ) btw u r literally the best fitness youtuber out there and thank u so much for sharing all your journey with us. I watch your videos over and over again because i always find something that I didn't notice before because every week I get new struggles and I always find my answers in your videos. thank u !
I'm struggling with my left shoulder and right knee. I have been doing your workouts for years now but all of a sudden this past year, I'm getting issues. I've started your WODs, loving them. I'm going to fix these issues and be strict with it too. Do you work more on your weaker side or still work them evenly? I hope I too can fix my poor muscle issues!! Thanks Sara great video!!
Sara, what kind of strength training isolations do you recommend for lower body? My hips have always been an issue of mine and I've been trying to gain more flexibility to help with my right leg compensating for my left. Thanks for the advice!!
