I appreciate your vlogs. I think its beneficial for us to see your gradual improvement rather than just see you already at your goal. I was like you, reaching a burned-out point with the training. I am CF-L1 and I use to coach, but outside stressors and hitting 40 (more hormonal changes, weight gain, unexplainable aches, old injuries rearing their ugly head) all played into me stepping away for a year now. After watching your videos, I remember how excited I use to feel about tackling a new challenge. I hope to be back doing CF in the coming year. Thanks for all you do!

Hi Dr Sara that was the most honest and straightforward info about calorie intake...different fitness levels... genetic make up.... and so on. It all made clear sense to me that you are your own body detective. Thanks always for sharing. Keep making videos👍🏼😊 I enjoy everything. Your cats your mom and Gus!

I recently discovered your channel and I really enjoy your vlogs. I think what you say about training for performance instead of aesthetics is really cool, considering the fitness industry is constantly bombarding us with images about how we should look. Your videos have inspired me to focus on improving my technique on the major excersices and get strong, instead of blindly adding weight and aspiring to look a like those instagram fitness girls. However, do you have any advice for those of us who go to the gym alone and want to improve our form? Like, should I film myself squating to find out my flaws or what? I think it is so difficult for us begginers when we don't have a personal trainer to tell us what to correct and how to do it. Anyway, thanks a lot for uploading these vlogs, hope u have a great week!

Hi Maria! Thank you so much! and that is fabulous that you have an approach that makes you feel empowered. As a first step, I suggest practicing air squats at home so you can film those in privacy. Once you feel really good about those, you won't feel weird about setting up a tripod near the squat rack at the gym. :)

Dr. Sara Salomon...thank you! My fitness journey started 5 years ago, and while I did loose weight at the begging, my goals were obtained when I decided to stop dieting and focus on technique and performance. When I get to the gym, I too feel like a badass! 😉

I posted this on one of your older videos, but do you have any videos on repairing distasis recti split? Mine doesn't require surgery, but some abdominal exercises can cause further seperation. So I am looking for exercises with proper form to close the gap. Thank you for any help. Love your videos, your hilarious!

Dr. hello I've got a problem in the curvature of the shoulders forward and some doctors Physiotherapy told me it's a problem to inherit sticking there are some aerobic exercise to treat this problem with knowing that I athletes and Lammers karate and Afattnas
