On our fourth time anchoring inside Nassau Harbor, our anchor is fouled on the bottom and we can't get it loose.

Classic! I do feel bad laughing at Todd's misfortune with the anchor and barracuda, however. Glad it all worked out.

We just found you guys on RU-vid. We’ve been cruising and living aboard with our 5 boys. While we were binge watching you guys in the Bahamas 🇧🇸 we just saw your episodes when Abigail was sick. Our hearts are with you. We want you to know we are enjoying watching you guys throughout the Bahamas we were sailing through there maybe 2 weeks ahead of you! We greatly enjoy your content, and will continue to watch your videos and we all are sending huge hugs from our crew. ❤⛵️🌊

Thank you so much for your words. ❤️ We appreciate that so much! What are your plans this for this hurricane season? Maybe our paths will cross?

Enjoyed your videos!!! It's never a bad idea to wait out a squall without flying canvas.

Charge that barracuda and get some sushi! Glad you found a way to move the block. I would have thought it would be too much for the windlass. Putting a line on a winch to the block would have been my first instinct, but that block was probably around 500 to 1000 lbs. Serves as a great storm anchor! Haha

Right? Our first instinct was to cut the chain that ours was hooked under ( it was connecting the blocks) but realized we had chosen a grinder with cut off wheel over bolt cutters… 🤦🏻‍♀️

So you had 3 children and now you have two. Abigail passed 5 months ago? I thought you had two girls only. I've just come across your channel. Just trying to figure out the story. Sorry for your loss. Thank you

Yeah, it’s a bit messy. We actually have ten kids 🫣 We started refitting the boat with four kids left. They’ve slowly grown up and moved out. Gabe got to Florida with us, then left. That left us with the two youngest girls. With Abigail gone it’s just us and Liberty. 😍

Any advice on how to get a dog potty trained on a boat? Do you use like a Astro turf patch at the stern?
@Spoondrifters

Yes we do use a patch of green turf. It took a while. Our friend told us their hubby peed on the grass to get their dog to use it. It worked for us too.🫣
