Where Cohn obviously went off the deep end was when he said so confidently that the Niners would be a better team if they traded Aiyuk for a rookie offensive tackle. Aiyuk and our first round pick, by the way, for a rookie who might or might not be a bust. Overall, I feel like his perspective is maybe true as to Shanahan being too picky with tackles, we may very well run out of time if Trent retires next year after we win the Super Bowl. But to say we’d be better NEXT year with Aiyuk and 31 for a maybe tackle is pretty reactionary

Grant - hind site is 20/20. No one thought PMahomes was all that or he would have been the No. 1 pick in the draft. This year, there were 5 QBs taken before No. 10.

I don't think there were many outstanding players in this draft - except for a few we would have had to trade up for. They can still trade a receiver and get a good return.

Cowing 👀 he has the best acceleration in the draft class, hits over 13MPH in the first 5 yds. Kyle wants to use him for the "cheat' play MIA uses with Hill where he gets a running start.

Grant usually has some unusual takes, but he was mostly spot on here. This was a 2025 draft, and they really haven’t addressed their biggest weakness for 2024. Its unlikely kyle will change his offense or his pass blocking scheme, and the 49ers closest competitors did get better and are significantly younger.

15 for 31 and ayuik wouldnt of been to smart. Yes they need offensive line help but ayuik was the only man coverage beater. And out of him and deebo he stays healthy.

Wish I watched live. How can Kittle and Trent blame Kyle for the sb loss when they didnt play particularly well? Lol Kittle cracking jokes when a ball is fumbled behind him. Trent killed a drive himself and didn't play well all game.

The superbowl literally told you that you needed another real receiver a real sharp route runner deebo is a great football player but c'mon deebo's route running and separating is mid at best pearsall is another dynamic route runner like aiyuk with the same jumping and ball skills at the point pearsall will be good and u want to keep the weapons coming for your young franchise qb when the weapons now are aging and will be slowing down by the year
