i can explain 6:20. He didn't care for the 1000lbs cause he's European and did 445kg.(with kilo-calibrated plates) He maybe COULD have slapped on another 10kg but how much more awesome does 455 compared to 445 sound? not very

Got some oranges from my local farmer's market. Juiciest oranges I've ever had...so juicy they were hard to peel. Almost like drinking orange juice.

I dont’t like Romark the cameraman. He is not enthusiastic enough. Watch Tom Boyden and learn some tips from him. Don’t get involved with the main star like him, but surely you could do more with confidence. ALso, watch Brady on Numberphile to learn how cameramen should act. Amazing efforts till now though. Good camera handling and no complaints on this.

Take care of the knee, I had an issue and didn't pay enough attention I wound up popping a calf muscle on a truck pull because things weren't lined up.

I remember watching this video a year and a bit ago. Martins really inspired me to get my shit together and achieve my goals. A year later I can feel pride saying I've improved greatly from who i was last year. Martins is going to achieve great things at the Arnolds 2020 mark my words

Insulin sensitivity is huge. I didn't even know you had a channel, insta sub. Oh and your meniscus tear can't be too bad, I have a slight one and a full squat, just with bodyweight still hurts a lot in the lowest position. And it has been 4-5 months.
