Students in JNU are chanting anti-Indian slogans and sympathizing Afzal Guru for judicial killing (so called death mystery ) but I see no protest against death mystery of subas chandra bose who fought for us ? It's been 70 years ... No govt is ready to declassify the files to know the real fact behind his death mystery :(

the proffesor is partially right as he points out that jnu refused them permissions 50 minutes before the programme, but what he hides,very smartly, that they have been overruling jnu's approval for last 2-3 yers and jnu administration have not taking them seriously. they did it last time without permission, why didnt the university lodge an FIR in police.they have allowed to ferment it.

The Public sometimes understands everything. But just need's a strong step taken, democratic way is good. Allowing this issue to be run on media for long time shows persistence of BJP and its aspirations and bigger picture. This case is being persecuted in democratic way and administration didn't take much action allowed BJP to make a strong point to petty strategist who relied on impulsive decision making from angry Indians which would later have turned into Anti-BJP campaign, But it's time now after the people of India is convinced that it was Gaddari not desh-bhaqti and has been proved with logic's and moral conclusions that DM and Others can take appropriate action without involvement of Political parties.

A controversial paragraph in the judgement goes on to say, "The incident, which resulted in heavy casualties, had shaken the entire nation, and the collective conscience of the society will only be satisfied if capital punishment is awarded to the offender. The challenge to the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India by these acts of terrorists and conspirators can only be compensated by giving maximum punishment to the person who is proved to be the conspirator in this treacherous act" (emphasis mine). To invoke the 'collective conscience of society' to validate ritual murder, which is what the death penalty is, skates precariously close to valorising lynch law.
