Really good coverage, keep it up! I tried to get a driftcup ticket this year but they sold out soo fast! I am surprised how relaxed you are talking on the video seconds before you do your chase/battle runs. I think I would be a lot more nervous, I liked the 'loosen the rear end comment' ha ha a lot of people would edit stuff like that out! Are you drifting the rockingham outer paddock over the bank holiday?
Good job on another round, supprised your tractor didn't do better given the rain! You might want to consider having a playlist for each round; then do practice, qualifying and battles as seperate 10/15 min videos. Just an idea. Just out of interest how hot did the diff get?
the diff temps just kept slowly climbing up and up all day on saturday lol by the end of the day they were at about 90 degrees. Not as much driving on sunday so didn't get as hot (about 50 degrees peak I think)
ChrisDrift thanks for the reply, I just wondered. Not sure what is good/bad for the diff, i assume it'll be hours over a certain temperature that will determine oil change frequency. Interesting info to have though! Looking forward to the next video
not just yet but there will be next month - installing the fuel system upgrades, getting it mapped, and generally measuring up and planning everything out for the turbo manifolds and intercooler piping etc
ChrisDrift Chris, if you still choosing the turbos. Please check "turbonetics GTK 650" . Sweet .68 a/r. I think they would look beautiful on zed. Small enaugh for crazy fast spool and good amount of power. Ball bearing, powder coated. They have all bits and bolts. Just check them, that is my tip for you. Ps. What have you considered till now?
