Today I wanna share my experience with UEFN and show you what you can expect from UEFN. How to use UEFN and what is possible in uefn? Twitter: / richytoons
This could change not just creative, but battle royale too. People can develop their own br’s and epic can add what is popular to the main BR and make it their way. The more content we have in BR, the more we can access in creative 2.0. What I mean is Creative 2.0 kinda of depends BR in some ways. Edit: I just thought I’d a good idea! They could bring back the block and players can compete to make features in creative 2.0 that will come to BR
Creative doesn’t really depend on BR though. There are plenty of things in BR they still haven’t added to creative like the decoy grenades, the Invasion season gravity gun, and for some reason, the chug splash cannon are still not in Creative. There’s way too much stuff Epic is refusing to add to creative.
Sucks were still limited on memory all because we have to cater to older devices. Why not have a section that says "playable on next gen". And playable on all consoles are some things like that. I feel it holds us back.
@@Jurihan4life Thanks, I kind of wish they made it optional for supporting older devices/underpowered devices so that we can take advantage of the new tools. (ex. TryH4rd Gaming's suggestion of "Playable on Next Gen" or something.)
I have a question. Can i sart the session from UEFN and then invite my frinds to join the world creation process in fn? Or how can i let my friends play my unpublished map?
is there a way tho launch the session in fortnite while fortnite is open this will be usefull if you want to make a map with your console friend (this also means while in a party) sorry for bad spelling
One of the few big things regarding UEFN and Switch is that some maps won’t work on switch. Currently or at least yesterday Reclamation was the only map of the 6 that could not be played on switch.
I was messing with UEFN yesterday, Guards can now use custom models instead of just the usual 6 or 7 options. Edit: It's just insane what can be done even in day 1.
to every console player: if you have some sort of device to run uefn on, like windows, set settings to low. you can test your island on console, but like he said you still need to edit on pc
Dude my dreams have been shattered. No warnings, built new PC for UEFN and now get a notice saying I no longer qualify because I live in Turkey. No more code no more creating maps for me. So sad so angry.
@@MasterBroNetwork it's not the IP. It's for payment they need details of address etc. So unless I move it makes no difference. This is everybody in Turkey not just me
I only hate 1 thing about 2.0, I loved how everyone who played fortnite could be good at building, now it's like every other build game: pc can make the best expirience while consoles need their hands hold and given stuff
as a person who plays fn rarerly and mostly making games in ue4 and developing websites with html css js, the fact that they removed the blueprint is so silly and the verse is just much harder for players i guess. and i think that this is limited to much against the normal ue4 / ue5.
This is for true programmers not blueprint users. This is to attract devs from other metaverse platforms like roblox where we code everything we do which helps understanding code logic
Wait i have a question (plz someone answer) can i take my ps and go in my map that i want to make and then log on my pc with my ps acc then edit that map?
When EPIC went live with CREATIVE 2.0, EPIC also changed Creative 1.0’s, PS5 console, left side screen text when creating a map. Portions of the text have been deleted when building. It might be the same for xBox. Let me explain. When you Increase/Decrease, or when making an object larger or smaller, and or using rotation, the text controls on the left side of your screen are gone. You can’t visually look at the text and see what settings you are using. Now, all you have is the small visual clue inside the object, with the circle and lines. But this visual control clue does not change in size as you make an object larger. So the visual clue gets lost inside the object, or off your screen, as you enlarge the object. And if the object is WHITE, like snow rocks and mountains, you can’t see the visual white clue markings inside the object at all. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR BUILDING ON CONSOLES!! I’ve had to stop building a new winter map, because I can’t see what I’m doing anymore. All you can do on a console is click your button or lever, and see what happens!! I guess this is how a PC does building with visual screen markings!! What else has EPIC messed up for consoles now?
@@zdbballksu2567 Console players can play CREATIVE 2.0 games only. Consoles can NOT run UnReal Engine 5 or CREATIVE 2.0 to build maps. EPIC said recently, it hopes that CREATIVE 2.0 will also run on consoles in the future. That future could be, weeks, months or years. I’m not holding my breath. Creative 1.0 may not have a future… no matter what EPIC says.
@@traestephen7276 By trial and error. It became impossible building my new winter map. I gave up editing objects. Going to take a break from building in Creative 1.0.
