So true. I kept going to God, but I couldn’t stop the cycle. I asked God why couldn’t He just heal me? He one day led me to the James verse. I was so desperate for healing that I decided to confess it to my husband. Lo and behold, it turned out I had a soul tie and NOT with my husband. God showed me I had trauma, unforgiveness, supressed feelings, disappointment with God for what I didn’t get, and much more. God did eventually heal me, but it took honesty-layer after layer. As humans we have a tendency of deceiving ourselves.

I can tell it to God, no one else has to know. Period. So good, you can go to God first but not to God only. Wow! James 5:16

This is good, really good. I did not articulate enough with my community when I became so overwhelmed by PTSD. It was a time when I was starting to feel more and more alienated from them, when I needed them the most. I need to join a good Recovery Group.

Interesting timeline to your message. I've been crying all night and morning by the confessions coming out. Thank you for being a person who gives other survivors a voice.
