first 45 seconds…my ex and i😂😂😂HUUUGE fall post pride to realize it was pride keeping me with him, not love. YIKES‼️ so glad God picked me up out of my brokenness and brought me to my therapist.
Finding things that help you regulate your emotions like therapy, meditation on the word and how much Jesus Loves you, drawing, going for a walk in nature, exercising, playing an instrument, journaling. Find what works for you and make it a routine in your life.
