Can You Beat Fallout: New Vegas While Being Chased By The Nuka Freak? 

Oddly enough for 3 weeks in a row I have done runs revolving around Nuka Cola in some shape or form. I swear it wasn't planned, kind of just worked out that way lol

This felt less like a chase after a certain point and more like an impromptu co-op run with Nerbit's (slightly less) evil twin.

As soon as The Freak picked up the Gauss Rifle, now i really want to see someone make a mod where you have a immortal unarmed and unequipped chaser. They get gear from the things they loot while chasing you, and level with you. A constantly evolving arch nemisis, if you will.

Now do it with Burke, the Nuka freak, the crash man, Fisto, Kowalski, and Malcolm all at once. Actually nvm that would be very hard to do with several people chasing you at once , that can all die potentially.

I think the greatest part about this run is not only how the freak is hostile to everything, but also the fact that if you think about it, the freak is in fact Nerbit from another universe trying to kill a different Nerbit who’s name is a scream

The Nuka freak feels more like Nemesis than Mr. X -He destroys anyone who gets in his way, No one is friends with him, they are all enemies -He adapts by switching to a ranged weapon temporarily just like when Nemesis used a Missile launcher once And each time he is downed he always returns

I kind of think you should have done this run attacking with only Pew Pew and healing with only Sunset and Bitter Drinks. Why else would the Nuka Freak be chasing you?

"Returning to Caesar, I get congratulated on destroying the bunker, killing house.." The inflections you said this with lead me to believe you were about to say "and proving, yes, you can indeed beat Fallout: New Vegas while being chased by the Nuka Freak."

Something in the back of my head is telling me this run is the result of breaking a canon event simply due to the fact this crazed Nuka Cola fan not only somehow broke out of his own run, but then invaded another and actively tried to end his creator. God the Nerbit-Verse is weird.

I can just imagine there being a Chase Video where you side with the Legion and Lincon just starts going after you. Like he wants to stop you from enslaving anyone.

Honestly this was probably my favorite chase concept so far. I like that he's always right there and causing chaos rather than it being a binary of whether you've won or lost.

This run is essentially a Tainted Jacob & Esau run from Binding of Isaac. The murderous demon-spawn chasing you is a danger to you but it also can help you by damaging and killing enemies that happen to be in its path.

If the player character frees Raul and escapes Tabitha's ambush, Tabitha will endlessly pursue them. Guys we just figured out what happens to Nerbits characters after his play through. They still haunt the wasteland to this day. God I hope this is cannon

Someone needs to make a mod for fallout 4 where todd howard chases you and when he gets to you he says "it just works" and you instantly die.

I think having spawns of enemies appear throughout the playthrough could be a good idea. Have a full NCR play through but bump up the Legion ambushes to be more frequent and more powerful maybe.

it gradually felt less and less like an intense chase and more like "BROTHER! IT'S BEEN TOO LONG" >proceeds to kill literally everything else in a 1km radius together and then have a duel, sledgehammer vs sledgehammer

For a Fallout 4 chase game, Preston Garvey seems like the perfect candidate. We've all felt hounded by him, so it would be fitting to actually have him chase you across the map. You can probably get the game into a state where he chases you and tries to kill you, but is unkillable just by fucking with the game. But it would be even more fun (painful). If he chased you across the map, trying to force you to do settlement quests. If he catches you and talks to you, you gotta do that settlement quest. Don't know if anyone's made a mod to make him more annoying though.

"Tentrance" is probably my favorite word from this video, not that I often pick singular words from a video but I love that you made that up lol

never realized how strong rad child is, I always thought it was a garbage perk because you have to intentionally let yourself stay irradiated but this has opened my eyes

You know how in Oblivion, when you levitate an object it counts as "stealing?" It's crazy how so many people don't realize you weren't able to move objects out of NPCs' view to steal in Oblivion. It would register your action as a theft as soon as you lifted it. It'd be cool if you could set off a cherry bomb to cause a distraction or something instead

I have a suggestion. Beat New Vegas as The Survivalist from Honest Hearts. The challenge is you can only use items that he owned before he died. So his armor, his rifle, and any items found in his caves. The ammo for the rifle is rare enough that i'd say you will have a challenge finding any so you could can use any that you find or kill enemies for unless you think thats too easy.

I was hearing Duel of Fates in my head throughout the bits where you’re fighting the Freak, this was a real tasty chase challenge 👌

There once was man named Nuka Freak. Truly insane he was, and collected beaks. One fine day he found hin a sign With a slogan socatchy it stayed on his mind. "Have a nuka break" it said. He thought it would look great planted in his enemies head. Through days of chasing, with hard work, sweat and tears. He finally caught the protagonist and buried the sign as deep as the ears. With his sickly oblective now truly complete. He thought to himself "man i could eat!"

New Vegas, but as a grandmother. You have to look like one, you can only use the Rolling Pin, and you can only have grandma-themed items and armor on you at all times. If you want, you can lower Strength, Perception, Endurance, Intelligence and Agility, because a person that old wouldn't have very much of any of those.

Good run idea could be “can you beat oblivion using only bound equipment?” Essentially, you’re only able to attack using conjuration spells that summon weapons (bound dagger, bound war axe, etc) and defend yourself using bound armor (bound helmet, bound boots, etc). Could be really tough in the beginning, trying to build up a magicka pool and collect the spells, but busted by the end once you bound greatsword and a full set of armor

I would like to see you do a challenge run with the JSawyer Ultimate mod installed. It completely rebalances the base mechanics of the game and makes it much more difficult, yet at the same time makes combat ever the more interesting in that you have to be more tactical in how you approach enemies. Both you and your enemies attacks are stronger and thus combat is more akin to reality-a dance of evasion and executions of fatal strikes.

"Wow, I put a soda in the freezer to make it cold faster. I need a video around 20 minutes long so that I can go grab it after..." What a perfect time to see Nerbit uploaded recently!

The next “can you beat fallout new vegas” needs to be a janitor run. You have to download a mod to make the rock-it launcher and you have to use that. You’re prohibited from selling junk except cigarettes Any scrap metal and other electronics you must use to create repair kits You can only wear the settler outfit with a baseball cap. The only companion you can have is Raul who you must rescue and get him to become a mechanic at the end of his quest line You must collect all junk you see unless it’s owned You can only drop junk in trash cans or drop it in dumpers You are prohibited from sending junk around the place via the mailmen You can sell stuff but you cannot gain caps - that being you must buy all the stimpacks and drugs you can along with alcohol You must be permanently drunk You get bonus points for every enemy you kill using teddy bears as ammo or making limbs explode when using empty syringes

Ah yes, maybe to keep the theme going, you could do a John “Nuka Cola” Constantine run with only religious weapons like maria, gehenna and the holy hand grenades
