I can't outrun my past, but maybe I can outrun a disgruntled soldier and an overly persistent trader. The twitter I forget to use: / nerbit_13098 ko-fi.com/nerbit #Fallout #Challenge #Gaming Music:www.purple-planet.com/
Ok I was very confused because I knew for sure that I had watched this video before. Keep putting out the good content. Interested in seeing what challenges you or other people can come up with.
You forgot to include Mr. Burke, Victor, Legion Assassins, NCR Assassins, Fisto, having a weapon drawn, being overencumbered, and drinking a bottle of sunset sasparilla every 10 minutes or else you lose
You forgot about Vulpes and the NCR ambassador after confront Benny who chase you. I know this because the NCR one chased me to Cottonwood cove and wasn’t annihilated on sight by the legion for some reason.
When they finally find the courier, they're like "Thank you so much for bringing us together. We've given up on monument guarding and bottlecap chasing. We're raising a small gay foster family of mole rats now."
Given a third, forth or any other number of playthrough after, I don't care about these two.. I now just act like jimbo and ned from southpark and scream "they're coming right for us" and then open fire on them so I don't even have to hear them speak..lol😂🤣😂🤣
I like to imagine Malcolm and Kowalski had their own little story behind the scenes about them finding out they both are pursuing the same goal, and then teaming up to track down the Courier.
at first they were competing for the courier's affection, but after travelling together for a while they realize they don't need to chase after someone who won't give them the time of day and that it was each other they were looking for all along
You can get any NPC to follow you slowly if you talk to them while they’re sleeping, so can you beat Fallout: New Vegas while being chased by everyone?
For a bit of a twist, why not, can you beat the quest The Legend of the Star (collect 50 star bottle caps and turn them in) while being chased by Malcolm Holmes.
"Malcolm knew he was onto something. He saw the courier pick up the star bottlecap. He made his way to inform about the dangers, trying to get the bottlecap from the wastelander. But he never would've thought who he was dealing with. This lunatic was collecting all the caps right before his eyes. Never sleeping, never taking a break. Just running across the Mojave. The only chance Malcolm had was to keep following, to keep running."
Fun fact. After a few times of doing this myself I learned that Malcom cannot follow you into camp mccarren or however it’s spelled. His AI bugs out and he ends up near Black Mountain running into a wall.
Hidden valley turrets are so strong because you're supposed to use them to kill the BOS You hack the terminal in Ramos room and then turn the turrets against them. They need to be able to stand up to multiple gaus peltings
Hey if you’ve ever get the urge to do an Outer World run again I think it might be fun to see a Company Loyalty run. Only using items (armor, weapons, consumables, etc.) made by a specific company. I’m not sure how easy/difficult it would be, but I’d watch it.
Spacers Choice made a little of everything so that might be the easier option. The other companies, if I remember right, made only either weapons, armor, or consumables.
@@derpydood bit late but if you can somehow make it to that point without attacking anything you can get an Auntie Cleo weapon. There's only one in the entire game but it is possible.
This channel has made me fundamental change how I do my playthroughs now in fallout. I’ve planned a couple runs with challenges attributed to them. Like a power armor stealth build, but I can’t touch water unless necessary for the quest. A senator Armstrong build but I can’t use stimpaks. Master Chief but I can only use two guns and a side arm, but I can’t buy ammo. Then I’ve got two more, a Second Sister melee build and a Winter Soldier build. But I’ve got no challenge ideas for them. I even want to do it for fallout 3, New Vegas, and Skyrim. Besides my wasteland samurai build in Fallout 3, except I’m procrastinating the main quest by doing other quests.
6:39. That remonds me of one of the skyrim randomness videos by scatsbury where the exact same thing happened to a woman in riverwood. It seems the bethesda plague had reached new vegas, may god have mercy on their coding.
Can you beat fallout new Vegas as Benny? •can only use the Maria •always wearing the checkered suit •yes man ending •Can’t kill with headshots Id love to see it
I have thought of one challenge run, pretty simple one but great theme for New Vegas. The "Big Iron on His Hip" Challenge where you can only use weapons considered a "Big Iron" like a 44 357 or ranger sequoia and special variants. As well as the only armor be that of a ranger, whether you ant that to be a Fallout Ranger or a classic one that would be a cowboy outfit. Another fun limitation could be also following the song where he fights texas red and standing a considerable distance from anyone you kill.
Good to see this vid up again! Here’s a challenge idea: Can you beat NV with only number weapons? Similar to your alphabet challenge only with numbers. You have to use the weapons in number order.
*Challenge idea* : can you beat fallout new Vegas while being chased by the new vegas strip guard? ( the securitron with the key ) Rules: same as this challenge Unlike malcom and Kowalski the securitron is faster than you, stop hopping is important to complete the challenge
I've wanted to see someone do this challenge, so it's wonderful to see that not only is it doable, but quite easy if you know what you're doing. Cheers!
I think it’d be possible to use TTW to have every single person that can chase you, follow you to the end of both Fallout 3 and New Vegas. As well as every single companion from both games. TTW Is Tale of Two Wastelands, it turns Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas into a single cohesive game. You can start a character in Vault 101, find your dad, save the Capital Wasteland. Then travel to the Mojave with the same character and start the Courier’s story.
Wonderful timing on the video! Just got off work and these are the best. Also I happen to have an idea (albeit a complex one) for a video. Typically when playing these types of games you want to get as high a level as possible to become as powerful as possible, and max level preferable, so how about trying to complete as much as possible, killing everything hostile in your way and doing any side quests you stumble upon, while trying to finish the main campaign to either fallout, without hitting max level (or level 20 even). Something to this effect, spiced up maybe considering how bland I made this seem, assuming it made sense. Love the videos, cheers.
Solid run, as always! I had a run I've been thinking about for a while, thought it might be of interest: Can you beat Fallout: New Vegas as Dr. Hunter S. Thompson? Complete the game Using only the .357 magnum (or its variations) Be addicted to as many chems as possible (which means siding with the Khans for a bit) And also be inebriated by alcohol when you deal with the Colonel Too weird to live, too rare to try.
Hey Nerbit since i found your videos ive always enjoyed them, always makes me want to play the fallout and skyrim games over again in a different way. I work with a guy called Malcolm Holmes and everytime i hear his name or see it somewhere i think of being chased through the mojave by him 😂 so thank you for that 😂
You know how you you can wake a sleeping npc to engage in a conversation? Well, they will follow you to the ends of the earth to engage in said conversation. You know what this means? A "can you beat challenge" with everyone with scripted sleep pathing chasing you. Now that'd be quite interesting.
Cool video dude, man. I'd like to see more videos of combined challenges. Like can you get Raul at level one(yes, easily) and something else I don't know... Police baton.
Ok, I know this is over said but I really think that Mr. Burke needs to be added to New Vegas or Malcom/Kowalski need to be added to F3. The walking speed Burke has would add a lot of dynamic difficulty to the challenge, since while he cannot catch up to you, you will eventually need to double-back past him while be chased by Kowalski and Malcom, the walking also makes him far less predictable. Someone, make it happen.
Maybe a “Can you beat Fallout: New Vegas with only your wallet?” would be interesting? Only use the items you begin with after buying all the DLC Or you could do the same challenge with Fallout 4’s or Skyrim’s Creation Club items only
Repent and follow Jesus! Repenting doesn't mean confessing your sins to others, but to stop doing them altogether. Belief in Messiah alone is not enough to get you into heaven - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36). Contemplate how the Roman empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years to accomplish the religion of the Israelites C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate though because you can start a relationship with God and have proof. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life. - Revelation 3:20 Revelation has been unfolding since Jesus died. The Popes have claimed to be equal to God and set themselves in Jesus' place (antichrist(s)). Vatican City (Which is its own nation BTW) have risen up to fulfill the role of the false prophet Regarding the man of lawlessness or antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:4 says “Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” The restrainer that the Apostle Paul was referring to in 2 Thessalonians was the Western Roman Emperor, who held back the Popes from taking power. Once the last Western Roman Emperor was removed from power in 476 AD, the Pope was given civil and ecclesiastic authority over Rome; healing the deadly head wound of the beast in Revelation 13, as they took the Emperors title of Pontifex Maximus, leader of the church and state. “We may according to the fullness of our power, dispose of the law and dispense above the law. Those whom the Pope of Rome doth separate, it is not a man that separates them but God. For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God.” (Source: “Decretals of Gregory IX,” Book 1, chapter 3.) Pope Pius V blasphemed, “The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” (Source: Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.) Pope Leo XIII declared, “We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.” (Source: Pope Leo XIII Encyclical Letter, June 20, 1894) The antichrist sea beast of Revelation points to the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, who controlled the Roman beast for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. Daniel 7:25 says “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” The Popes of Rome spoke against Elohim and proclaimed to be God. They reigned for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. during which they caused tens of millions of saints to be killed. The Pope’s title is Vicar of Christ, which in Latin is ‘Vicarius Filii Dei’, and equates numerically to the number 666
This reminds me of my last Skyrim playthrough, where I kept trying to avoid the conversation where Delphine tells you to kill Paarthurnax, lol. Or trying to avoid Glarthir in Oblivion.
you can do so much more, Malcolm, Kowalski, Ringo, NCR Soldier outside Primm, NCR Seargent at the Substation. Im sure there are more and you are the only man for the job!!!
New cahlleneg idea. Tabitha from black mountain. On the wiki it says she will persue the player forever if the crazy crazy crazy quest is active and the free Raul then escape her ambush. She will always be visible on the map. Maybe not a challenge alone but it would do good for a challenge where your chased by everyone, Malcolm, Kowalski, fisto etc
Mightve been a glitch do to a save over a previously played run but I started a new run and met Malcom right next to the goodspring seller being attacked in the intro
sometimes stuff just glitches into the ground. just try the tcl command the next time you can't find oh baby. happens basically every time with the safe key in goodsprings when i pick up the pre-war money near it (at least to me).
I wonder when will the chase saga end? You have Kowalski, Malcolm, and Fisto covered. Are the ncr soldiers at el dorado and primm count as the ones who can also chase you? Maybe the last chase challenge would involved 4-5 people chasing you?
hey ive got a GREAT idea for a run and i know youre just going to LOVE it: fallout new vegas pew pew only now this may SEEM like a ploy to waste your time... thats because it is.. but just think of how hilarious the video will be!!! "i spent 10 hours chugging every bottle of sunset sass i could find and im already 40% of the way there" RIVETING!!!
a small tip i found out recently, i found out you can mix nightstalker blood and radscorpion venom for antivenoms 2 per build and 1 night blood and 2 venom sacks to make it, i think, i only bring it up as cazadores require you to down them constantly as there venom stacks and doesn't have a timer, i don't think anyway
"Can you beat fallout new Vegas using only the mysterious magnum" could be interesting as 44 ammo can be rare and you have to do specific things to get it without killing the guy.
Hey awesome news if you help out ringo in the ghost town gunfight quest then make it to the crimson caravan thing he'll chase you indefinitely so you can do a run off of it
If you stick close to the rocks on the left near Nellis instead of running towards the houses you can avoid most of the artillery without having to stop moving
