Can I say that I think that ash catches a regional bird/flying type, uses it for battle very little, and mostly uses it for finding Pikachu.

I find it funny how the anime made some gym battles harder compared to the games. Viola have a surkit with ice beam, signal beam and bubble beam followed by a vivillon with a sleep powder, solar beam combo. Grant have a tyrunt with draco meteor of all things. Korrina uses mega lucario in the gym battle. Wulfric have mega abomasnow.

Funny how ash’s greninja in the anime is absolutely op but ash’s greninja’s moveset in game makes it absolute trash

If I remember correctly this generation he has Pikachu(as usual), Talonflame, Greninja, Hawlucha, Goodra and Noivern right? Everything is Star Wars references in this video.

So I guess instead of Ash-Greninja, we ended up more with a Ash-Talonflame... or Enter The Unown-Talonflame. Gosh, did he do spectacularly in the run. I expected as much though given his move-set, much as I also expected Greninja to be basically useless given it's canon move-set. I wasn't bothered at all by the tripod set-up; it was actually quite nostalgic watching this like an early RU-vid Pokémon Let's Play. The commentary was amazing as always and so many of your battles were tense and exciting. Best of luck if you decide to do Alola... which I have no idea how you'd go about it given how some of the canon-battles and team compositions work out.

For sun and moon you should use the QR code to get ash pikachu. Just an idea EDIT: if you didn’t know, when you get ash pikachu it comes with Thunderbolt, thunder, quick attack, and Iron tail

As I’m binging these videos I’m truly surprised how good Ash’s teams have been since fourth gen. I think it really has to do with Ash actually evolving his ‘mons.

When you do alola you can’t do anything about melmetal but you could do a remastered version after and play let’s go and for that use melmetal

Everyone's worried about the phone's camera quality but I know a life hack so there's not much light or bad quality to worry about: 1. Grab a box and poke a hole in it big enough for the camera to show what's inside the box. 2. Make sure one side of the box leaves room for your hands to enter to grab your 3DS 3. Leave your 3DS inside the box so you can play it. This trick actually works and better if you don't have a tripod or a dark room. I did this myself and if can work for all handheld consoles!
