47/74 is original production date, not chambering. One thing I find funny with guns in games is how Hollow Points function. If a HP hits something that isn't soft, watery meat, it won't expand. What this means is that the round, when hitting something like armor, will just act like an FMJ. In fact, there's even issues in real life situations where HP don't expand due to something as simple as relatively (relative to say, a T-shirt) thick clothing. In the case of something like a large animal, HP are a bad choice as you want deeper penetration to hit vital areas and an HP's expansion will cause less penetration. No one asked, but I wanted to sound smart for all the people I don't know.

Well, u got the right idea, that soviet (then post soviet) weapons names with additional letters (AKM, AKMS, AK-74M etc) means some difference from standard military guns. But there is one nuance - there was just AK (avtomat Kalashnikova. not AK-47) and number is not related to caliber. "AK-47" is just western name of "AK". And "74" in case with AK (AK-74, AK-74S, AK-74N, AK-74M) means just year, when rifle officially became the main gun for military. P.S. Thx for videos, your guides was exceptionally useful.

Best shotgun in the game, my go to choice in the original Clear Sky. Even better with mods that makes enemies less spongy...

Do not sleep on this shotgun. The range and power is absurd for being a shotgun with two barrels.

As long as you can snipe the ToZ 34 yes you can, I have dominated Monolithians with Slug ToZ34s, it's demand a coward approaching that's why I snipe with Toz34s

If you do nationality-based, then count all Slav guns as generally "Slav." Otherwise, it gets too complicated. I'm thinking about doing 1 type weapon iron man runs or just pistols only with a Normal run. I think it would also be fun to put every gun in a randomizer and you can only use the top 3 and can only use a knife until you get one of them to use
