Sure, I will explain. I had severe stomach pain accompanied by extreme nausea, and after 3 days I called an ambulance because by then I was bringing up blood. They took pictures of my stomach and showed them to me. All you could see was ulcers. It was shocking. I went on a course of strong pain meds and heavy antibiotics for 5 days in hospital, and then took home a prescription for 2 months worth of 2 kinds of antibiotics. Before releasing me to come home, the doctor explained that the H Pylori had caused my bleeding ulcers. Until I got sick, I had NO symptoms. A simple blood test will reveal if you have it.

Very true. Forget silly diet fads, and simply eat & drink a wide variety of foods. No food is particularly "bad" when you consume a vast array of foods and drinks.

Im no dr…. But we require sufficient stomach acid. Which is why they put hcl in many drugs. I can’t believe they tell people they have “too much” when in reality it’s usually the exact opposite… need more. In order to break stuff down .

Cow milk (shop version especially) has a tendency to cause acid reflux, and is fabulous slimy substrate for bacteria and fungi. Relaxation, harmony and good sleep helps too (lowered stress)

I had a bleeding duodenal ulcer there was no H Pylori the doc thinks It was caused by Ibuprofen Idont take them now.

​@@wawabbitThat's what I've gathered as well. Noticing that those that had heartburn and acid reflux symptoms, after taking Betaine HCL, increasing their stomach acid, their symptoms subsided. Low stomach acid prevents proper digestion causing the stomach to hold onto its contents longer while struggling to break it down, which can cause backup instead of emptying out as it should. Makes since, but I don't know for sure. We worked on this during a Gut Thrive course.

@@dianne11ca Sounds awful. I used to take meds for things like coughs and flu like symptoms and thought it was this which healed me. I stopped using them and I still recovered. Perhaps even quicker. Since I tidied up my diet and exercised better, I hardly get sick at all. I quit 8 medications I was told I would be on for the rest of my life. Did the bugs just go away? Something is not right with our modern understanding of disease/illness. I would hate to find myself in your position and try do nothing.

From my take of it, an imbalance of gut bacteria causes illness rather than a single germ or bacteria. The last quote says infants know what they need i'm guessing they eat dirt and lick their fingers to get beneficial bacteria rather than modern day parents going no! Don't do that and protecting them. Our over clean culture is adding to the problem...

Thank you. I would like to learn more about that as well. I've been doing parasite purges off and on now for a decade and know that preparation is essential because the detox pathways must be open well so when we purge the dead cell debris and toxins aren't reabsorbed. Also we need to consider that parasites eat heavy metals and they may be full of toxins that once killed, may drop and release back into the body which could then hit us hard if our elimination pathways aren't flowing extremely fast. So in a way parasites may serve a slightly positive purpose to some extent by confining toxins that could have otherwise brought us more harm than the parasites. This is my understanding, but I could be wrong and would love to have this topic detailed accurately. 🤗🚫🐙🐛👾👻

I'm all stocked up with the supplies and nearly ready to get started. Dr Tom Cowan and Dr Andrew Kaufman did a video supporting this process.
