Quick and short video where DJ HD demonstartes that you can very easily DJ with an M2 MacBook Air. I highly recommend this as a DJ laptop. Just be sure to spec it with at least 16 GB of RAM and you are good to go.
This laptop is an M2 Macbook Air 14". It has 16GB of RAM and 1TB of hard drive space. It has never slowed, stuttered, or overheated.

Yea bro!! I love my m2 air. I use serato stems and everything else serato has to offer on my m2 air. I would recommend the m2 air to Dj’s.

I'm looking to get one simply for dj'ing. thanks for this video. I'm no huge DJ and if I get there.. I'll be able to buy a more expensive laptop lol

What up Lee. Solid Video. I noticed you weren't connected to an external for your music. Where/ how do you store your music files? Just got a 2023 M2 mac air. Trying to transfer over music. Need you man! Thanks in advance

Hey! GJerrus, I keep all my music internally. The hard drive on this one is 1TB. I synchronize the music files to the other Mac as well as my pc. It is not necessary to carry around an external Hardrive.

@@djhd3000 Fasho.. appreciate you. Ive worked it out since then. Found out the problem after unboxing. My MacBook Air was only 256! Had to repackage that bad boy up, and send it back same day. End up getting a M2 MacBook Pro. So far so good. Thanks for the reply. Keep doing your thing man!

I was concerned about that too but up to this point I have had no problems with overheating. Keep on mind that I have used this in broad daylight in direct sunlight. Cheers

Probably so, though I have no experience with the older MBA. However, I have heard other DJs perform with it.

That would worry me only if I am out in direct sunlight. I would probably use a cheap laptop fan pad.
