Thank you so much for the video. I was searching for advice on doing yoga when I found your channel - just what I needed, especially to focus on positive instead of negative, which I tend to do. Thank you! ❤
Not doing IVF but I am in the 2 week wait... trying to stay positive is hard after a loss and many cycles of trying. Yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and having my husband hide all the pregnancy tests is helping
It’s so hard isn’t it. Hiding the tests is a good idea though. What can you do at this time just to make yourself happy? Keep busy making yourself feel good. 💜
Hi Bettina, you mentioned an after transfer meditation, but I couldn't find it, could you point me in the right direction? Thank you for all your beautiful videos ❤
Bettina Rae sorry I mean can you do the video I mentioned earlier after an embryo transfer? Thank you so much for your tips!! I LOVED your latest video.
Hey so I just did my embryo transfer about 12 days ago & I am pregnant, the only thing is I have a pit bull puppy that is a lil crazy & has so much energy. I put him in boarding the day before transfer & left him for over a week & just picked him up lastnight. I’m really worried bc I’ve been on bed rest since I got back from transfer. I’m walking him now for the 1st time since before transfer, I don’t know how I’m going to do this. & I don’t have anyone to walk him for me. I’m trying to move out of state end of may to where my family is for some help. ( not with him, in general) so I will still have the same problem with him. Just at this point it’s more important to keep this early pregnancy moving. I got a beta @ 9 days past transfer @ 280 & my urine pregnancy tests since then have gotten darker. I’ve deff been feeling it a bit so hoping it sticks just don’t want to mess it up with always having to take care of the dog & always pulling me . I have to walk him at least 2 times a day & he’s so crazy....
Can you take him to a big gated area and let him run? Hire a local teenager to walk him for you? I completely understand you not wanting to put your body under any strain.
If you are an established hot yoga instructor would you say hot yoga is a safe practice at all in IVF pregnancy? (While listening to your body of course)
It’s a tricky one. We don’t really have research on it (because who would sign up for that) but generally raising the body heat in that way is to be avoided during pregnancy. It may feel like you need it but perhaps there is something beautiful in letting it go for now. (You can always go back after bub is born)
